Ktm 300 exc all day long, like i have a 500 exc 2014 and its great but i just got the 300 and its just a powerhouse. i can ride it twice as fast and its so cheap to run to the four strokes, oh and great riding!
KTM 300 EXC: 58hp, 225lbs. KTM 450 SX-F: 57hp, 235lbs. also, the 300 is much cheaper.... more power, less weight, lower price... If only Ken Roczen was riding the 300 XC with some suspension modification... it's perfectly legal in the AMA 450 MX class.
Mr333444455555666666 Have you ridden the 300xc? It's got as much low end as any 450 on the market. It's not "just" a 2-stroke. It's long stroke means good low end, and it's natural 2-stroke design means top end, screaming horsepower. The 300cc 2-stroke is 10x superior to any 450 thumper on the market. As far as maintanence goes: The 300 engine is an endurance engine. It's meant for long periods of open-throttle racing, Nonetheless, even 450cc supercross bikes are rebuilt after every single race, so as far as maintainence goes for racers, it's identical.

good now try that with a 86 ktm 500 mx and it would flip over that's why y could wide open those bikes but not a 500 in the track that's why 250/30 are faster than 500 on track
Wtf dude? Its a 300 it has loads of bottom power and it looks like the pipe is gnarly so that gives power bottom and middle and not on the top. So stop judging a pro racer. Thank you.

There was absolutely nothing "Full Throttle" about this! You cant ride, 2 stroke is all about the power band and you didnt hit it once!
