    Great stuff! Excellent content, production, passion & presentation. I love it and even more as we near the dark season in the Northern hemisphere reminiscing about times in the Sub-Tropics when I'd discover something new every week or two. Keep it coming.

    The way Id describe salak is that theyre..... astringent(dries you mouth, lips, waxy)
    Vaguely sweet

      I have to say, I didn't get the astringency. I thought they were pretty juicy & fresh. Perhaps different varieties!

    Well it looks like I’ve been eating snake fruit all wrong. I’ve never been a huge fan. But the deep friend option looks deeeecent!

      Looks so delicious! So does the Salak salad.
