I love my Wolf steam oven and use it so much more than my regular oven. I’m going to remodel another home that has a smaller kitchen and will definitely put in a steam oven. I’m considering just getting the largest Wolf or Miele steam oven. Can you install steam ovens under a cooktop from the same manufacturer? Thanks

They make a great steam oven and should be a consideration for most anyone looking to add a steam oven to their kitchen. But not everyone can make the list and the manufacturers that did all have some unique standout features.
The combi-steam oven is always the way to go for anyone who is not using commercial sized sheet pans to multi rack cook. Outside of that consider a combi-steam oven is always the better option because it can do everything the regular convection oven can do plus cook with steam.

These do not come as combination double wall ovens. You would be purchasing a steam oven and then a single convection oven to go underneath it (separate cutout). SKS came out with a combination speed (top)/steam (bottom) unit which is amazing.

Gaggenau is plumbed yes. For a non-plumbed version check out Miele.
