Accepting an offer with a home inspection means that the buyer is going to hire a certified home inspector to come and do a full inspection.
There's 4 possible outcomes to this:
1. Yay! The buyer still loves the home and they move forward with the purchase! This is the most common scenario🙌
2. Uh oh...there's something found that spooks the buyer about the home, and they walk away from the deal...
3. Maybe something unexpected is found, but the buyer asks that you - the seller - take care of the necessary repairs before possession
4. OR something unexpected is found and the buyer may negotiate the price back instead
