Gus should become an ultramarathon runner - zero prep zero training and that distance?!?! Insane!!
If it wasn't clear before what an absolutely insane physical feet this whole challenge is (which it should be), the fact James was pretty broken after 60km and Guus was utterly wrecked after 108km, for Russ to then do 60km again on top of that. Genuinely unbelievable. James has been class, good to have Stan back. Russ keep going you machine

The editing of these videos makes me think that running 50-60k is easy and takes about 20 minutes. I went for a run around my local park today and did 1.6k. I felt knackered and gave up! Might be few years off a 60k!

Antibiotics are for bacterial infections not viral but that’s definitely possible given the fact you’ve had street food and such! Glad it worked !
Two things
1 the antibiotics could give the immune system a wee help fighting bacterial infection/attack freeing up space to fight any virus
2 placebo effect
