Rich just hammering down the point that it's all about Education, something he was dragged in the media for just a few short years ago with that embargo they wanted to place on Agents, is really awesome. I love that Rich understands and can speak honestly about the fact that education comes in all forms, not just paper degrees and 4yr $100k stints, but over the course of decades and lifetimes -- education never stops. Dude has a message, and I'm always here for that kind of speech.

He's also real about humility. You don't go places just by knowing somebody. You have to have your own name, your own skillset (earned through learning and perfected with practice) and be your own man to go places.

After Lebron is retired, Klutch will continue to represent clients. They have players in the NFL already, as they mentioned.
