@@HenrykAutomation also, its quite strange that the system is not predictable at all, sometimes it works sometimes id does not, and everytime it works it, it will books yet the response will be its having challenge to book, even these same booking it does it always miss time zone, how can I fix this esp the issue on missing the date and time
I find it fascinating that you built the voice assistant in the demo without including Ai, that's some really awesome work right there, thanks for sharing!
@@audiooast Appreciate it :) ai was giving inaccurate results sometimes and in a live client build that can't happen, so getting some code involved was the solution
@@geehammer thank you :) I might do another few videos on the whole system, but it would take a long time. Not sure yet. I do take on students, but its mostly on foundational basics of make, vapi and voiceflow. Wouldn't specifically build out this but you'd learn the skills to make flows like this yourself without needing a tutorial. On the code part of this video... Essentially I used render to host a blueprint instance for JavaScript code and we run that whenever we need.
@@einfachBoris Cool, I do lessons for these kind of things, I can prep something and if you find the lessons link in the description we can go from there
If possible could you maybe export the big complex version? This is exactly what im looking for i think, because mine continues to say that their are no available times, even though the calendar are empty
Thanks Henryk for the great tutorials. How do you reconcile timezone differences in VAPI and GCal? If the caller is in New Zealand and the service provider is in Poland how would you resolve the different timezones if the caller asks for tomorrow 3PM? I would be grateful for the clarification.
No expert here, just finished building a system for this and its a brain melting experience. Easiest would be to: 1. Grab the user time-zone before the call 2. Transient assistant with the current time in that time-zone 3. Check avail tool -> convert requested time into UTC -> check calendar times using UTC 4. Convert availabilities into their time-zone before sending back to vapi The UTC step is required, it helps with Day light savings and is a common practice for all booking platforms.
so much gold in just 19minutes, i wonder how your 1 or 2 hours can be. thank you so much broo. much love from Zambia

Now to solve the global problem 😅

Henryk, this is a great video :)

Awesome vid bro!

Great video, keep up the great work ❤
How
can you provide blueprints ??
How can we learn how to build your full system? It looks absolutely amazing ❤

How much would it cost to get you to build something like this & help me set it up so I can duplicate it? Roughly?
