    can't we active vapi on a number that is already been used by the business. I do not think every customer will be willing to change the contact number of their business. Plz guide man

      No, it will not be possible. You will need to get a new number. Here's the thing: sometimes users want to keep their US number because they may be using it in different ways. For example, a real estate agent might have set it as their primary number for AI to answer. It’s a good idea because there might be some calls they want to answer themselves. So, the best approach would be to create a new number where all AI-handled calls will be directed. This number can gather the necessary information, and then the owner can use that data to connect personally when needed.

      @@vishalsinghdeshwall I get it brother thanks, but the issue is if I am running a business for years than my number is something which all my customers reach me upon, if I have to change the number that will be very difficult isn't it. Want to hop into this business but I am unsure of this. Are you doing this business? How many times you encounter this problem??
