The wall of eyes are all the people he sees out in the audience when he plays shows. He doesn't really relate to them but he also feels connected to them. That's the feeling I got.
The whole album is amazing. Tracks 6 and 7 really take it over the top to make it extra special after having been really great already up to then.

Thank you for this great reaction video! I think this song is about ego tripping vanity. Allowing how others see us dictate our lives and actions, through their eyes, all the while trying to figure out and understand who we are in our own eyes. It's always a contradiction and unhealthy.

actually i like radiohead so this gets a pass
I like the song better without the video. It's to depressing. On headphone on the bus, it's just the right amount of sad, disturbing and beautiful. I'm not saying the video isn't good. It's almost to good.
