My dad has 2 homes in puerto vallarta, and has 1 near el malecon...cant wait to retire from the states and called this place my home..stress free life!
What an amazing place you brought us to today!! Who would have guessed such peacefulness and tranquility exist just outside Puerto Vallarta? Great tips as usual
Surreal! Cannot believe that you guys actually visited and enjoy in such an absolutely breathtaking place, the mountains, the river, the boats and the beach vibes is altogether a big treat to be in there. thanks for sharing it here though I cannot visit it in person but I hope one day :)

Hi Paul! Nice to hear from you. Yes, and near Yelapa are a few more beaches as well you can only get to by boat that would be a nice stop too! Mexico City can’t come soon enough - we’re so excited to check it out. Have a wonderful day!

Great place and we already have some places that we’ll definitely visit this year. Esther, me and all the family send you hugs! Thanks for showing us our country and in a great style.
Ok. So now both the girls are asking "when can we got to Mexico?" What are you doing to me you guys!!!!!!!!????? Also I love the way Molly now says with such confidence when discussing your videos, "No Evelyn, that was Chiapas" xxxx
Enjoying my Sunday Morning PB Coffee (which I have regularily since first following you in Cozumel) and you have become part of my weekend routine Loving your authentic adventures! The little girl giving you your pies brought tears to my eyes! Beautiful!

We couldn’t believe it.. well we could - like Adam said the hospitality we have been shown here has been nothing short of amazing! Thank you so much for your support Deborah! 💕
I’m enjoying your channel, great job! Yelapa is a wonderful place to go for longer then the day. We started with 2 nights many many years ago, and our last trip we stayed 10 nights. Best relaxing vacation ever. Stay at Garcia’s, you’re close to the restaurants in town, the beach right out front, plus the best views from your room. When you stay the night there’s many restaurants to choose from, Los Abuelos is the best!
I know and it was so close to town! No I didn’t .. I don’t think iguanas should be put on leashes and passed around for tourists to get a photo - but that’s just me! And that’s not saying I haven’t done stuff like that before with birds and monkeys, but I’ve just learned over the years that most of these animals are treated very poorly. But I will say this guy seemed to care for this iguana he was petting it very lovingly. But I think it would be happier in the wild.
Yep!! I remember when we went to Thailand back in 2012 and you could sit and get your picture with a tiger, which I did thinking wow how cool. It wasn’t until a couple years later I learned they were sedated (obviously, but I was so oblivious to it). So now I always think about that stuff when I see people exploiting animals for the sake of tourists.
Glad I found this. I took a Disney cruise with my parents almost 12 years ago and couldnt remember what this place was called. Planning a cruise soon so thanks!
Thank you for sharing Adam and Heidi ! ..Many many years ago (20yrs) I used to go scuba diving in some spots around Yelapa , It is very nice!! These people with the boats can take you around for some nice Diving spots, Enjoy Friends !!! I can also remeber that Yelapa´s beach was a recording site for the movie The Predator right in the beginning when they arrive in the helicopter to the beach, also the crashed Huey is a little inside the jungle of Yelapa, it´s still there !
Hi Fernando! Thank you for watching my friend. Oh no way! Wow 🤩 that’s so cool. Yes I think someone told us it was a different beach 🏖 where they filmed that, El Eden. You can go and get a picture in it!

Thank you for sharing your video. My husband and I visited Yelapa yesterday. We followed your journey to the tee. On the water taxi ride back to Boca de Tomaln we even saw whales. We really had a fabulous adventure! Thank you again for sharing yours.

Wow! They really upgraded those buses to Boca! When we went a few years ago they were much older buses, so much older that the driver was sitting on a lawn chair…lol
Haha isn’t is gorgeous! I don’t think it will. It’s been a pretty popular day trip for some time now - and some big tour groups go there but it seems to have stayed relatively peaceful still!

Thanks for the video. I was there in the 80's and it was so different. Hardly and infrastructure and just one restaurant on the beach with Palapas for an overnight stay. Hiked up the hill to the tiny village. No ATV's, just burros. After the tourist boat left, the locals came to the beach. They sold pies then too. Great memories.

Haha I had to watch to see what you were talking about! You’re hilarious!
Sounds like you had a memorable experience. Thank you so much for sharing!
