The best parts of this house for me were the finishes. That travertine floor with the continuous pattern, the wall coverings, the colors, and everything just came together to give it a really nice feeling that you often don't get with these modern houses.

I love the large scale of this house. The travertine and marble finishes are everywhere are so clean and modern. It would be nice to see a demonstration of the smart glass.

Wow. I have so much to say and I am equally speechless at the same time. I need a whole new vocabulary to describe how stunning this house is. Twenty people can live here and not run into each other. ltl my DREAM home. I’ve been informed that from another real estate on youtube that this house is already sold out so it’s not possible to rent it but i was just wondering how much would it cost to rent yearly if it wasn’t sold out? and if you rent this house yearly is it obligated for the furnitures to stay or can you decide if you don’t want the furnitures and how much would it cost without the furnitures( I hope you understand, english is not my first language so sorry if there’s mispronunciation)

People often compare homes of this calibre to hotels, but this is more like something I prefer, a modern library. So much open space, great lighting, huge windows, and extremely high ceilings.

So I had to watch this 3 times because I was so into the host and not the house. She’s beautiful and I love the sound of her voice and her mocha skin is amazing. If I meet her I’m wifing her. I liked the way Hameda uses rich vocabulary words like GRATITUDE/GRATEFUL/ABUNDANCE to describe the propert. I’ve never come across a estate agent who describes the property in such a way. The property is a 100/100 👍🏼 keep up the good work and keep posting more of such kind 🥇🙏🏼

I was exhausted after the tour from all the waking!
Amazing house, but with all that space not nice the nannys bedroom so small. It didn't need to be huge but not even a double bed? it just doesnt look right . People should make their staff feel appreciated. At home we used to have domestic service live in and the room was decent size compared with ours, so for me is crazy to see so much space and this room not even the size of one of the closets!. For the rest all is top 10. Amaing house .

Maybe someone could inform me why do these more expensive houses have more bathrooms than bedrooms generally speaking. This one has x2 even! Is it an american/wealthy thing or... why? I once lived in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom situation and it worked very well. Do rich people need to poop more at the same time or what is the purpose?
I think it's mainly for guest. For some people, especially if you can afford a home like this have way more guest than people who live there. Also many people like to have en-suite bedrooms, so u put in extra bathrooms to avoid people traipsing thru your bedroom to go. They also usually have pool bathrooms to keep people from walking thru the house soaking wet. Although unless your constantly holding parties of 100 plus people, twice as many bathrooms as bedrooms is a bit excessive
The house is very big and you shouldn't have to walk to bathroom more than 10-15 meters at any time. So, that's why
They ran out of ideas, that is all.❤

THIS HOME REALLY HAVE MY HEART ❤️ FOR IT . I LOVE THE THEATER ROOM . BUT MOST OF ALL I LOVE ALL THE SPACE , BUT I WIULD CHANGE THE TUBS ARE JUST TO SMALL . BECAUSE OF MY HEIGHT BEING OVER 6”8 . LOVE THIS ESTATE A LOT .
