This I Need A Nude gives me ABH Sulyry vibes. Not dupes, but definitely some similarities. Definitely similar shades/tones/color families to Glam and Star!
I am so glad ND came out with this palette. I’ve been chasing after the Mario palette for months and it’s sold out everywhere. eBay wants a million dollars for it as well. I got mine and have already worn it. It is beautiful.
I missed the first Etheral sale. By a struck of luck I found out this past Sunday it was back. I purchased it right away. I had bought the Nude ND a week prior thinking it would be the closest to Mario's. Well, I don't like the shimmers at all. Since I am still on time, I am returning and getting my money back. Etheral will be here tomorrow. I can't wait!

I’ve used the shimmers/metallics in INAN with Biba and My Dream so far. It’s a great palette to pair with others! Mario’s palette definitely was limited edition and I’ve have such FOMO missing out on it😩…but no longer!! 🤗 INAN definitely fills that place for me! Yay!!

It never ceases to amaze me how nuanced these eye shadow colours can be. Such fun to see your comparisons, Alicia. You said that the INAN is somewhat the same in the eye looks? Glam also seems samey as is bronze too. But they are all beautiful palettes nonetheless. I do not have glam so INAN really feels more up my alley. Yeah, the Make up by Mario palette was LE and sold out super quick. I've been seeing them be resold on resell sites for over $200 used! I'm thankful that ND came out with an alternative that you can also add those Urban Decay single shadows that are also the wet looking formula.
Such a great video. Thank you so much for making it! I mashed up most of my ND midis and put them in color order which… leaves me totally uninspired and focusing on PMG. There’s something about my hooded lids that ND shadows fade over time in a way that I don’t notice with PMG. Maybe I just need to use stickier primer….but I love the shinier shades in Yucca, so I caved and bought INAN. There’s also something fascinating about ND’s new “everyone gets 15% off on our website” promo that makes me wonder why anyone other than a YTer buys it at Sephora or Ulta.
I experience the same problem with ND, marked creasing and fading after just a few hours regardless of the primers used. PMG or even ABH tend to last a lot longer on me, and so do the larger 28 pan palettes that ND released years ago. This is why I skip most of NDs new palettes, however, I am quite tempted to try this one.
I am deciding between Glam and INAN palettes. Since I’m older with hooded eyes, I prefer metallics that give a smooth effect, rather than highlighting any crinkles. So, I think I’m buying the Glam palette after all.❤

I agree with you, My dream is better than I need a nude palette. I feel like u can get more looks from it. Big bang for your buck. People are just blown away including myself with her foils and metallic eye shadows on the INAN palette but like u said u can create a neutral look still with her other palettes. it just has a slight difference with the sparkle/ shine. I also love the contrast (peachy transition and a cool cool toned topper) u are talking about, good points. and i agree even more that the INAN feels monochromatic and i feel like the metallic/ foils will look just about the same on your eyes.

Yes, I did get some FOMO when I originally saw this and thought I missed the boat on Ethereal Eyes. It came back, I believe this will be there last production of it, so I broke my no buy to snatch this up. I had to! 😅
I’m low key obsessed with this palette, but really need to see it in person and swatch it myself. Agree that the looks can look the same, unless you consciously use the mattes or the coral ‘warm’ colours. There’s a lot of shine and shimmer in this palette, so I just need to step back and really assess how often I’m going to want my eyes to look like disco balls…

I'm so proud of my nd collection. I dont have all of them but the really popular ones like the retro glam, retro, gold, metropolis, safari, circo loco , trichrome and a few minis. They r my most used after my ct quads
The shade Amara from the retro palette is great to add in to the INAN palette. It has that warm rose tone that vague and wit have, but with more of the much needed depth
I’m still debating whether or not I REALLY need the nude. I have Colourpop That’s Taupe abs Stone Cold Fox palettes. Although I think there’s still a place in my collection for the new Natasha palette, because of its unique new textures, and it has a mirror.
The wet effect formula is in the gold palette under a different name. Cava and sparks perhaps have a little less base pigment but are almost the exact same. I don’t buy palettes often but seeing that they were going to be the formula in the gold I ordered the iNAN the day it came out.

From 4 years ago January 2019, HUDA BEAUTY NEW NUDES.00 Hooters eye palettes have come such a long way and she continues to be right in the conversation with the top eyeshadow palette produces in the makeup world. YOU TAKE OUT THE TWO GLITTERS WHICH WE'VE ALL LEARNED THEY'RE NOT being used anymore. THAT PALETTE IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE NEW I NEED A NUDE PALETTE. It’s interesting because many think this is her best, but I believe it’s more for the shine than the overall edit. Because I think the best by far this year is Yucca 🤷🏽♀️
It's her best palette for me. I think it still depends on self preference. What's best for me might not be for the next person! That's why I love makeup, it can be anything to anyone! 😊

I like the new, I Need a Nude palette, but I definitely prefer the My Dream palette. And I’m so surprised how the I Need a Nude palette is so different from the mini nude. The minis that seem closer to the I Need A Nude midi palette maybe would be, Mini Zendo, Mini Biba, maybe mini Retro or mini glam? Oh and the new Mini Starlette.
I just feel like it's a pretty palette but it's just not for deeper skin tones...i know personally for me...i don't imagine I could get much variety from it because of the 1 deep shade...but I have so many others soooo...who cares😂..i like the videos tho😂🌻🌻🌻🌻
💜💜💜✨I Love the My dream Palette I just rearranged it and that was fun. One week I replaced some shimmers with the retro shimmers and that was fun. But I do wish I could get a 5 pan that the midi eyeshadows fit into because I love all the colors on my dream but sometimes I just want to add some other shimmers. I think next I’ll move some glam shadows or get a small magnetic empty to put some shades in for travel . 🤷🏻♀️ I think play with it some more until the holidays to see if there’s any other releases.
You are fantastic! I don't think I will buy the new palette, because I have "My dream", "The Glam", "The Star" and "The retro palette" (that have other similar colour too...) well... it's enought
I bought the Nude ND cuz I had missed the sale of Etheral a year ago. I figured it would be the closest palette to Mario's. Welp, now that I have it, I do not like the shimmers AT ALL. Then this past Sunday I found out Etheral came back. I didn't think it twice and I grabbed it. It was sold out not too long after I bought it. Since I have only had ND for two weeks, I returned. Mario's is so much better palette. .
This has been a long search and I hope the new ND palette is a find. I am still hoping the new ND I Need a Nude is similar to the Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eyes with a good mix of slightly warm and slightly mauvey cool matte shades for my neutral to cool skin tone. The Ethereal eyes, is not only sold out, but it has been sorely overpriced by gauging sellers in Mercari at $500 a pop. On another note, I just realized another potential dupe, Glaminatrix Nearly Neutrals palette, at least the shimmers, are ALL warm. Half of the ND Retro leans very purply and most so called ND neutral shades lean warm as well.
I've been telling myself that I don't need the I Need a Nude palette because I already own the Glam palette and Mini Starlette palette, especially since I can pull in my Urban Decay Space Cowboy to add sparkle and shine where wanting. ... It's still tempting, though, because my taste and skin tone ( _very_ fair) will probably pull the most variety out of this palette.
This makes me want the “My Dream” palette, but I just keep reminding myself how I never use my only Natasha Denona palette; “Biba”. On my fair skin, so many of the shades in Biba look the same and the wear time is lacking on my hooded lids. What are the pan sizes in the ND midi palettes like in comparison to the Viseart Slim Pro? If I could swap shadows between two I would probably buy “My Dream”

Your nails are my ideal. I had "salon short" coffin shaped acrylics for a while and couldn't thread my machine or open anything. I think I'm at the "just long enough for good pet scratching" length phase of life.
I’m passing on this one as I got the glam n I’ve only used it twice maybe (it ages me I think it’s cause I’m neutral toned) while I think the My Dream would be worth collecting on Black Friday! The Mario palette wasn’t available outside of US either to my knowledge n was limited edition
I don't have Glam, My Dream or Star. Generally I find her palettes go medium to dark shades without very light shades I want. Will this be it? Holding off the hype frenzy. I wish someone would dare to compare to ABH Sultry. My wish for ND is to do a midi version of her original mega palette with the blue green theme 💚💙

Probably tons of people have let you know, but I don’t think the Mario Ethereal Eyes is coming back. I could be wrong, but that is what I thought I had seen and heard. Overall, I’m not thrilled with the performance of the shadows in INAN - not a lot of pigment, hard to pick up, hard panning . . . IMHO, not ND’s best.
I haven't picked this up yet. To me it's rather meh on the whole and I don't like the really shiny shades at all. What I'm interested in are the mattes.
Are the shades tones similar to CT pillow talk and/or exagger eyes….I’m sure the texture and shimmers don’t compare but I just get pillow talk vibes from this palette
Unpopular opinion: Natasha has a lot of colors in her midi that look the same on the lids 🙈don’t kill me. You really don’t need all 15 shades because 3-4 of them look the same on the lid
If she did a Star midi, I think she would keep the same foam packaging like she did for Metropolis because I don't think it would translate well into the plastic because of it's layout ngl ETA I feel the sparkling foiled (that's the new wet gloss formula right?) is very much on par with sparks and cava and even lime chrome and aurora (maybe?) from gold, and I know the newer formulated galaxia was supposed to be like them but it's really not the same imo (I have three different versions from star, mini retro, and starlette) and I can't think of any of her other palettes that contained shades that felt and performed the same as sparks and cava specifically before Yucca and now I Need a Nude. one more thing, cosmo is closer to gigabyte than spectrum lol _especially_ the og cosmo before she reformulated star
I have been wanting dream for a long time but was unavailable in UAE . Since INAN came out I have been so confused between the two. The comparison helped so much . And also I am medium with warm undertone so I think my dream makes more sense. Your thoughts ?
I feel like if neutral eyeshadow palettes & looks are your thing (🙋🏻♀️) this one and the Makeup by Mario go hand-in-hand. MBM is slightly warmer and it provides depth that is lacking from the ND palette. Both formulas are great and work really well together. I will say, I like the wet effect shadows of the ND palette more than the MBM. MBM seem drier and when not used with a wet brush you can feel the glitter particles. I’ve actually gotten fallout in my eye throughout a day’s wear. I don’t have that problem with ND because they have a stronger base and are not glittery like MBM. Just my opinion & experience with both palettes. Overall, I love both and use them daily 🫶🏼

One alternative I've heard mentioned as a very edited down alternative to this is Wayne Goss's Pearle Palette.

You definitely have INAN in that palette, but I do feel the Natasha formula is shinier than colourpop because it has more pearl. I could be wrong!
The wet effect formula is in the gold palette under a different name. Cava and sparks perhaps have a little less base pigment but are almost the exact same. I don’t buy palettes often but seeing that they were going to be the formula in the gold I ordered the iNAN the day it came out.

I love the new Natasha palette and I'm happy I picked it up but so far all my looks have been extremely similar. Beautiful but similar.

There was a palette no one has really mentioned that made me stop and go through my collection. From 4 years ago January 2019, HUDA BEAUTY NEW NUDES.00 Hooters eye palettes have come such a long way and she continues to be right in the conversation with the top eyeshadow palette produces in the makeup world.

Good morning! I didn’t get ethereal eyes and had FOMO so I got this one. I don’t think this is her best palette but it is nice.
It’s interesting because many think this is her best, but I believe it’s more for the shine than the overall edit. Because I think the best by far this year is Yucca 🤷🏽♀️

It's her best palette for me. I think it still depends on self preference. What's best for me might not be for the next person! That's why I love makeup, it can be anything to anyone! 😊
Yeah, but what about Viseart Cashmerie? After buying that, I feel like if I purchase any other neutral then I’m being redundant. Although, the Makeup By Mario is intriguing…
Hey Alicia I think I just fell in love with My Dream all over again, and will skip the INAN. Will probably use a touch of Pat McGrath's Astral Solstice or Astral Rose orchid for the added pop. This was very helpful, thanks for the inspo

I like the new, I Need a Nude palette, but I definitely prefer the My Dream palette. And I’m so surprised how the I Need a Nude palette is so different from the mini nude. The minis that seem closer to the I Need A Nude midi palette maybe would be, Mini Zendo, Mini Biba, maybe mini Retro or mini glam? Oh and the new Mini Starlette.
I just feel like it's a pretty palette but it's just not for deeper skin tones...i know personally for me...i don't imagine I could get much variety from it because of the 1 deep shade...but I have so many others soooo...who cares😂..i like the videos tho😂🌻🌻🌻🌻

💜💜💜✨I Love the My dream Palette I just rearranged it and that was fun. One week I replaced some shimmers with the retro shimmers and that was fun. But I do wish I could get a 5 pan that the midi eyeshadows fit into because I love all the colors on my dream but sometimes I just want to add some other shimmers. I think next I’ll move some glam shadows or get a small magnetic empty to put some shades in for travel . 🤷🏻♀️ I think play with it some more until the holidays to see if there’s any other releases.

I bought the Nude ND cuz I had missed the sale of Etheral a year ago. I figured it would be the closest palette to Mario's. Welp, now that I have it, I do not like the shimmers AT ALL. Then this past Sunday I found out Etheral came back. I didn't think it twice and I grabbed it. It was sold out not too long after I bought it. Since I have only had ND for two weeks, I returned. Mario's is so much better palette. .
She already had a I need a nude mini it was here before the midi so no special shades
This has been a long search and I hope the new ND palette is a find. I am still hoping the new ND I Need a Nude is similar to the Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eyes with a good mix of slightly warm and slightly mauvey cool matte shades for my neutral to cool skin tone.
The Ethereal eyes, is not only sold out, but it has been sorely overpriced by gauging sellers in Mercari at $500 a pop.
On another note, I just realized another potential dupe, Glaminatrix Nearly Neutrals palette, at least the shimmers, are ALL warm.
Half of the ND Retro leans very purply and most so called ND neutral shades lean warm as well.

I've been telling myself that I don't need the I Need a Nude palette because I already own the Glam palette and Mini Starlette palette, especially since I can pull in my Urban Decay Space Cowboy to add sparkle and shine where wanting.

It's still tempting, though, because my taste and skin tone ( _very_ fair) will probably pull the most variety out of this palette.
This makes me want the “My Dream” palette, but I just keep reminding myself how I never use my only Natasha Denona palette; “Biba”. On my fair skin, so many of the shades in Biba look the same and the wear time is lacking on my hooded lids. What are the pan sizes in the ND midi palettes like in comparison to the Viseart Slim Pro? If I could swap shadows between two I would probably buy “My Dream”

I think I'm at the "just long enough for good pet scratching" length phase of life.

I’m passing on this one as I got the glam n I’ve only used it twice maybe (it ages me I think it’s cause I’m neutral toned) while I think the My Dream would be worth collecting on Black Friday! The Mario palette wasn’t available outside of US either to my knowledge n was limited edition

I don't have Glam, My Dream or Star. Generally I find her palettes go medium to dark shades without very light shades I want. Will this be it? Holding off the hype frenzy. I wish someone would dare to compare to ABH Sultry. My wish for ND is to do a midi version of her original mega palette with the blue green theme 💚💙

Probably tons of people have let you know, but I don’t think the Mario Ethereal Eyes is coming back. I could be wrong, but that is what I thought I had seen and heard. Overall, I’m not thrilled with the performance of the shadows in INAN - not a lot of pigment, hard to pick up, hard panning . . . IMHO, not ND’s best.
I haven't picked this up yet. To me it's rather meh on the whole and I don't like the really shiny shades at all. What I'm interested in are the mattes.
Do you have Biba? I think that is far more diverse with the shades, and has a lot more mattes.

I feel like the New Nude is more like Natasha’s My Dream.
Unpopular opinion: Natasha has a lot of colors in her midi that look the same on the lids 🙈don’t kill me. You really don’t need all 15 shades because 3-4 of them look the same on the lid
If she did a Star midi, I think she would keep the same foam packaging like she did for Metropolis because I don't think it would translate well into the plastic because of it's layout ngl
ETA I feel the sparkling foiled (that's the new wet gloss formula right?) is very much on par with sparks and cava and even lime chrome and aurora (maybe?) from gold, and I know the newer formulated galaxia was supposed to be like them but it's really not the same imo (I have three different versions from star, mini retro, and starlette) and I can't think of any of her other palettes that contained shades that felt and performed the same as sparks and cava specifically before Yucca and now I Need a Nude.
one more thing, cosmo is closer to gigabyte than spectrum lol _especially_ the og cosmo before she reformulated star

I have been wanting dream for a long time but was unavailable in UAE . Since INAN came out I have been so confused between the two. The comparison helped so much . And also I am medium with warm undertone so I think my dream makes more sense. Your thoughts ?

I feel like if neutral eyeshadow palettes & looks are your thing (🙋🏻♀️) this one and the Makeup by Mario go hand-in-hand. MBM is slightly warmer and it provides depth that is lacking from the ND palette. Both formulas are great and work really well together. I will say, I like the wet effect shadows of the ND palette more than the MBM. MBM seem drier and when not used with a wet brush you can feel the glitter particles. I’ve actually gotten fallout in my eye throughout a day’s wear. I don’t have that problem with ND because they have a stronger base and are not glittery like MBM. Just my opinion & experience with both palettes. Overall, I love both and use them daily 🫶🏼
A Nude & Bronze mash up would be fun to see if you need content ideas.
