Aby w pełni zobaczyć piękno przyrody w Polsce musiał byś każde miejsce odwiedzić 4 razy.
U nas są 4 pory roku.Krajobraz bardzo mocno się znienia. Wiosna, lato jesień i zima. Dla przykładu Morskie Oko to jezioro i jego okolica wygląda całkiem inaczej o każdej porze roku. Każda pora roku jest wyraźnie inna . Pakuj walizkę i do Polski .

Poland is completely different than 20 years ago. The entire society worked hard for success. It was very difficult for my parents, but they wanted their children to go to college. After a trip to Paris or Berlin, it was really hard for me to believe that these were such neglected cities. And yet foreigners say that we are colorless. Wrocław, Krakow and other small cities are more beautiful than the capital of France. When I was a child, my dad told me that if there was no garbage can nearby, I should take trash with me and throw it away at home. My dad worked for a long time in Austria and he also told me that there they call us garbage collectors. Today, Poland is a beautiful country that I am beginning to appreciate more and more. We building Poland together ❤

Polecam Mazury-cud natury. Spokojne żeglowanie, kajaczek, czysta woda, wędkarstwo, dzikie miejsca. Po prostu naturalny klimat. Polak wręcz "stanie na paznokciach" i poda na stół" nasze dobroci kuchenne"aby zadowolic gości. Nawet z zaskoczenia,"Z niczego coś" I wybornie smakuje. Przekonałam się osobiście. Bardzo Cię lubię i pozdrawiam serdecznie.

For sure Kraków (also Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is next to Cracow), Warszawa, Tricity - especially Gdańsk. Also for instance Wrocław, Toruń, Zamość, Sandomierz, Malbork. Also the historical Jasna Góra Monastery in Częstochowa (south of Poland). Among mountains, not only Tatra Mountains and Zakopane, but for instance beautiful are also the Pieniny Mountains.

In my opinion, living in Poland for polish minimum wage is just a bit harder than living in the UK for british minimum wage. At the moment I am living in the UK and I doubt the sense of such emigration. In half a year I could save just 1000 pounds (and I earn a bit more than minimum). Such little money is not worth such a life. Life is nicer in Poland, even if I can buy a little less for my salary than in the UK

I will reccomend to see old town in Zamość City. Beautiful example of renaissance buildings from the 16th century. Even a Germans didn't demolish it in WWII (which it was comon), and that's because they started an 'Aktion Zamosc' to resettled all Polish citizents form region. Many children was stolen by Germans and taken to III Reich as arian children to raised them in orphans. I wolud start in WArsaw , go to Lublin to see old town and Majdanek German Camp Museum, and to Zamość next, and afertwards to Cracow.

Most Poles are very hospitable, it comes quite naturally to us. Of course, it also depends on the person.
However, it is so programmed into people that when someone does not meet the standard of hospitality, guests may be unhappy.
There is an anecdote that has been repeated in my family for a decade or so about a cousin who, when welcoming guests to his new flat, served only crackers and soda - How rude! XD

It most traditional way of eating peirogi form me. And for desert I commonly eat pierogi filled with blueberries or strawberries poured wtih sweet cream.

In regard of Polish hospitality - yes, even younger generation have that mentality. We treat that as a part of Polish culture. We always like to see people so positively impressed by it. On the other hand - it is usually like that only if you stay here for limited amount of time, if you stay for longer, we will start to treat you like a "local" and you will loose some benefits from being "visitor" 😆

Search for a restaurant that serves only pierogi, and you won't be disappointed. How to serve them depends on the filling. Sweet pierogi with real sour cream, potato&cheese - with onion and bacon, meat - with onions on butter. My favorite - with cabbage and mushrooms filling!

Regarding places to visit, should you decide to visit the Tri-city, a.k.a., Gdansk-Sopot-Gdynia, I very highly recommend that you stop by a small town of Oliwa, which is directly adjacent to Sopot. Oliwa sits off the tourist maps on purpose, to keep its ambiance free of large tourist crowds, yet has a super charming Oliwa Park (Park Oliwski, in Polish) and the Oliwa Archcathedral, which is part of the park complex. The Cathedral sports an exquisite, enormous, fully functioning musical organ, with live concerts performed on it to this date...but more significantly, the cathedral is gorgeous inside, has a unique feel, and is laden with history.
Since Oliwa Park sits directly along the Gdansk-Sopot public tram lines, you do not have to plan or pay for any special excursion to get to it. You just hop off at the Oliwa centre tram stop and you are there. Then you jump back onto the city transport lines and continue on your merry way.

    Miejsce legend, historii i zabytków.

Which cities to visit? Depends for how long you go and what your intention is. If you want to hang out for 2 weeks and connect with locals Wrocław and Poznań are great cities to do so simply because those are what we call student cities - up to 1/5 of the population are actually university students. If you want to go for a more touristy approach for just a week or so Warszawa, TrójMiasto (TriCity) and Kraków are better destinations.
But one thing that is universally true in Poland is that wherever you go you will have access to a crap ton of top notch museums and galeries (all tho Warszawa and TriCity have the upper hand in that regard).
Polish bureaucracy - its weird. Somethings are braindead easy to get done and other things are a nightmare, but I still prefer Polish over German bureaucracy (I have a company in Germany) and those folks are the final boss of making your life miserable with unnecessary bureaucracy.

Interesting fact for tourists: Poles do not eat pierogi🤮 , i.e. they do not eat them every day. They are not the basic Polish dish. Poles eat pierogi "once in a Russian year" /Polish proverb: very rarely/, mainly as one of the Christmas dishes. Only students eat dumplings more often - frozen ones from the supermarket, because they are cheap and fast.

Jednak w dobie różnych światowych i europejskich kryzysów jak też utworzenia nowego rządu w Polsce - pojawia sie intrygujące pytanie , Co takiego dalej będzie sie działo w kraju nad Wisłą i z jakim skutkiem ?
