Asami wrote “Paranoia” to fulfill her newfound love of Thrash Metal. Asami revealed that since she can’t play guitar, she writes the riffs on piano, which makes it difficult for Midori and Miyako to replicate. However Midori said this is a challenge she enjoys, as she too uses keyboards to write guitar solos, and that the guitar solo on “Paranoia” was done quickly. 🤘
This song coming off their last album and never played live is an awesome deep track at this moment. This song deserves WAY more playtime. Haruna plays everything - I've never heard Lovebites doing anything different than laying down their own tracks.
This title is in my top 3. I classify it in the "symphonic thrash" style. The composition is great, moreover by Asami. The intro is epic, the drum part is ultra fast, Haruna put the turbo. The rhythm guitar is fantastic, the sound is heavy and fast. The voice on the chorus is gigantic. The keyboards in the background are arranged in a hallucinating way. The solo part is as usual a killer. And I could say more about this track. I did well to recommend it to you. I knew from your taste that you would like this one. I also hope that one day we will have the opportunity to see it live.

If you're diving into the audio tracks I think you'd really enjoy Dystopian Symphony. There's a really interesting 5/4 section that always caught my ear.
Miyako does the first part of the solo and Midori the second part. Both have a unique sound and style. It can be difficult to tell the two apart sometimes, you have to really concentrate. A great track!!

Haruna IS programmed drums. Seriously, there’s no way she or the band would compromise their musical integrity. Another Haruna signature which they’d have to program in is the cymbal work. And why? Haruna does regular little snippets of drumming on social media and she is metronomicl in her precision. I have everything by this band but I haven’t payed attention to the writing until very recently, so I had no idea how musically talented Asami is besides being a powerhouse vocalist.
I would have guessed Midori first then Miyako as, to my ear, the second guitar sounded like Miyako's new Dean, but I'm just throwing a guess out into the wind as I am in no way a guitarist haha. So glad you're reacting to this EP; as others have said, there are only two songs off this EP played live so far (Glory to the World and Winds of Transylvania). Get on Dystopia Symphony next!

Glory, Glory to the World is the best EP i ever heard, no joke i'm 54 and heard allot.
Dystopia Symphony off the same album is a masterpiece. You have to do that one. It's very Castlevania sounding.
