I'm one of those people who needs a ramp. With a pressure of 6, I will fall asleep in 15 minutes. If I start it at near 12, I just won't fall asleep. I end up reading to fall asleep. So my ramp is set for 20 minutes and by the time I've fallen asleep, it has slowly ramped up to my best setting (which is around 12). 6 years on, still need the ramp. Annoying but thankful for the setting!
Thank you SOOOO MUCH for your video!!! I was about to give up on CPAP therapy after trying for a couple of months but was lucky enough to come across this video. It changed everything and I can now sleep comfortably!!! Brilliant!

Jason, thank you for this channel and this video was such a home run for answering some of the questions I've been having lately. I've been using OSCAR now to track my data and trying to get to the bottom of the past few weeks all of a sudden in APAP just not working well for me any more. My O2 drops so often in the night now that I'm constantly getting warnings on my lookee oximeter ring. I had recalled in one of your previous videos having you say you didn't care for the EPR setting because of messing up the CO2. I'm definitely trying the CPAP mode with no EPR tonight and watching the OSCAR data in the morning to see how I respond. I had the sleep study last night but I have to wait TWO WEEKS before the doctor has time for my what to do next appointment!! Meanwhile, my days are just complete exhaustion. I just wanted to THANK YOU for this super timely video. It was exactly what I needed right now. Definitely supporting you in one way or another for your hard work in educating us! I'll be signing up for the OSCAR review for example if I still remain stumped on what to do next. More soon! thanks again!
Really helpful for the full range of functions, the description of each function and their relative usefulness. Having just received a new {replacement} Resmed Autoset 10 machine, I was pleased to have found, in this video, a full rundown on settings and functions, including the {hidden} clinical settings on the Autoset 10. A great review and refresher for me following a change of machines. Thank you very much, PNH My older machine was still functioning well. However, I decided to purchase the replacement as my first machine was five years old. I have kept that one as a back-up reserve.
The climate control features are OK but it’s amazing how the room temperature and humidity mess with the machine’s mind. I got a cover for the hose to insulate it and it made a huge difference. Highly recommended.
I just paid $2,200 for my airsense 10 in july '23. The air mini which I also bought was $1,300. I like the mini the best and can change all the settings on the phone. The data is nowhere near enough but I've set the therapy based on the pressures used each night and I set the minimum and maximum pressure based on those. It's finally getting comfortable and the events are around 1 or 2. At least I'm up from 60's sats to mid 80's so there's still some tweaking to do.
I haven't had a sleep study since around 1990. However, after seeing your Oscar video I have determined that I seem to be doing just fine. I really like the Resmed 10, a lifesaver for me
The only time EPR should be used is if you have an underlying neuromuscular condition that effects respiratory function such as muscular dystrophy or spinal muscular atrophy. Because it actually stops the person from exerting too much energy when breathing. Also people with these types of conditions are at risk of a build up of co2 in their blood which means that they enter into an acidotic state.
This is great. I have had my Resmed for just over a month now and it has been a life changer. Up until now I have been under the thumb of my supplier and doctor. Essentially I paid for APAP capability but my doctor would only sanction it as a CPAP (yay Canada?) so some capability was unavailable. I can now (with care) explore the full power of the machine and optimize it to my needs. Thank you!
That little move is called an "oh crap...I forgot to put this stupid little snippet in, so I'll add in now and not give a crap about continuity...." move. Trying is for nerds! -Lanky 2021
I have the ResMed AirFit N20 nasal mask. I also have the ResMed AirFit N30i with nasal cradle mask. I also have the ResMed AirFit F40 full face mask. All of them say 'Device setting - pillows.' I've decided on the F40 but I have my machine set to 'pillows', not full face.
Really like your videos..do want to make a comment about t6e ramp features. I was first diagnosed in 2016..First machine recalled Phillips . My first experience with the machine was at full pressure and could hardly stand it. Almost turned me off to CPAP therapy. Covid came and I was off therapy about a year and a half and then my recalled unit was shipped back to Phillips and. Ow lost in their warehouse. Now I do agree that after you adjust to script pressure turn off ramp. But I did find and some of my acquaintances found using ramp helped during adjustment period.. About a week and then I shut it off ..
I’ve watched a lot of these CPAP videos. Do you think there is way to somehow use this technology on my COC base to make the defense stronger? I don’t really wanna rebuild my base but Matt said I had to. Maybe if I hook up a CPAP it’ll give it enough boost to save me the work. I think this has a legitimate chance of being successful! You are a true inspiration.
Great video, Honda is hilarious. Made me laugh and want to complete the entire video. Made some changes to my CPAP (settings) … hope this will change my sleep quality for the better.
Quick question. I switched from the F&P Vitera full mask to the ResMed AirFit N20 nasal mask. When changing the settings, the ResMed AirFit N20 info. said to set it on “pillows” instead of “nasal”. Any particular reason why? It’s a nasal mask, not the nasal pillows that go in your nostrils, so that didn’t make sense to me, but I put it on “pillows” like it said. Also, where can I find & get “Oscar”? The AirSense 10 manual says it includes an SD card, but it doesn’t come with one, do that didn’t make much sense either.
Thanks for the useful videos. Essential Mode has nothing to do with myAir or data at all. It simply changes the options available in the patient mode. 'Plus' gives some additional options over selecting 'on'.
This machine is amazing. Has a mind of its own. (I call it "Hal" after the 2001 space odyssey computer.)I just watched 17 minutes of someone who knows everything about it. Way over my head but interesting. Mr Bill was way out of left field (at which point I thought is this guy crazy). I've been on cpap for 4 months! The first 2 were hideous, sleep deprivation. But I stuck with it. NO MORE SNORING as loud as a vacuum cleaner! (I'm serious) BUT, I'm starting to wake up with a dry mouth, an indication that I'm SNORING. Have no idea if I'm SNORING because I live by myself. Apnea's are below 1. Confusing
I live with someone who sometimes has a situation where he isn't snoring...he's opening his mouth. The cpap is blowing in his nose, and right out his mouth. No snoring...just air. Yiu may want a full face mask because then that can't happen.
Thank you very much for the content. I have one of the affected Philips recalled APAP machines (System One) and was looking for APAP replacement. The ResMed AirSense 10 APAP looks like a very good candidate. Great explanation of the clinical settings. I like that it works with Oscar. How does the ResMed AirSense 10 APAP heated humidification compare with the Philips Respironics REMstar Auto System One? I use a non-heated hose with a heated humidification setting of 1. This heated humidification setting has worked very well with me.
Personaly i recomend the Ramp mode because usually the maximun preasure you need to avoid apneas is not cormfortable in the begining of sleep cous its high and its not well tolerated; so depending on how quick do you fall asleed you can program the ramp time. You should explain how the algorithm of the autoset works, cous it doesnt work for me y feel better with CPAP mode, but i dont understand why.
Resmed defines difference between pillow and nasal mask :”A nasal pillows mask rests at the entrance of your nostrils, a nasal mask covers the nose and a full face mask covers the nose and mouth”. Not necessarily pillows is a mask that fits inside nostrils for CPap settings
Thanks for posting this video and explaining everything in such detail, learned a ton. I had COVID a month ago and since then I haven’t been able to keep my CPAP on for more than an hour or 2. Feels like I cannot exhale, which I am guessing is related to lasting lung issues from covid. I know you stated the EPR is best to be left off, which is what my doctor has it set at, but I was thinking about turning it on and setting it at 1 and see. Have you heard of anyone else having an issue like this after covid? I did not have a severe case of COVID ( had a total of 5 Pfizer shots due to Afib wanted to minimize the effects when I caught it)
What is the life expectancy in hours before you recomend replacing this machine? I do change air filter regularly but being a sealed unit I cant really clean blower fan. My machine has just over 15,000 hours now which is Truly Amazing to me. It still runs quite and all functions work good. Love your Channel sir and Thank You!
I have a Philips Respironics and it has 20,440 hours on it and still runs perfectly. I bought a Dreamstation 6 months ago as I feared they would become scarce because of the pandemic and the rarity of breathing support machines. Not related, but the fan motor in my home heating system lasted 34 years, running constantly, something like 14 billion revolutions. A fan motor, well balanced and with quality bearings, can go on for a long time. Regular filter maintenance helps the insides not getting gunked up.
I have an AirCurve which is similar to the Airsense. When your machine is dying it will actually give you the message “Motor life exceeded. Call your provider”. I got that message, they came and looked at it and said it’s working fine. 🤷♀️
So what exactly is being recorded on the card? Is it just recording what you see when you turn the dial or is it recording much more information? Thank you
I don't need the humidifier tank on my Dreamstation in the summer. I want to get the Airsense 10 card to the Cloud, but I am checking if I can run it without the humidifier attachment in the summer months. Thank you
Will turning off EPR Change your pressures? I just turned it off and my pressure was at the max 95% of the night when it was normally lower. Also, my open airway's blew up (never had many before). Is this normal, should I set a wider range of pressure since this was the first night I used no EPR and no ramp?
I got.my machine in late 2020 while Daylight Saving Time was on. When I started using OSCAR recently, it was after the time changed. I tried setting the time back one hour and it refused. It said you can’t change the time to be the past. Seems like a pretty serious defect.
I so appreciate your videos!!! Just excellent!!!!! I like many others use the Resmed S10 and use the EPR 24/7/365. I do have high pressure and do lose some air thru my mouth/lips because of that. But.... in the morning, I notice I have good numbers from .6 to 1.0 AHI. Max I’ve had is 1.6 I feel generally good when I wake up. But wondering if I should change it or not. I use 14 min to 20 max. Thank you for the great assistance to us all.
So I have been waking up with stomach aches wondering if my pressure is too high. I've lost like 50 pounds since I was issued this machine but nobody has given me a new sleep study. Min Max Epap is 9/15 and there's something called min/max PS at 3/15. Is this because the machine is on ASV? What's the difference in these settings? I'm working with the VA so its extremely difficult to get them to help me with this in anyway.
I've had my machine for over a year and I put on mask; sleep; take off mask and it shuts off. For the last month it does not always shut off. So, I unplug and later re-plug & it comes on and seconds later it shuts off. (hopefully) Did not know it had a shut off button. But I hate having to hit shut off button. Can this be fixed? Learned a lot from your video. Thank you.
I have the same problem, sometimes (when I take it off) it’ll shut off and sometimes it won’t. But it always starts up fine when I put it on and start breathing
What’s a good min max air pressure for the first night? Do you sorta just feel it out on all the auto settings and go from there? You said the 1st 3 weeks and then get it dialed personally, I just want a good nights sleep. I suppose I’ll find out! Thanks for the great video!
My 89 year old dad has CSA and I know I need different settings than OSA, which he does not have. He simply stops breathing for 1:17 every 2 minutes…all night long. When he does finally take a breath it is a huge gasp for air followed by 6 or 7 more consecutively smaller gasps…followed by another minute + with NO breath. What would you suggest for his initial settings?
Damn, I was really hoping he responded because I’m 30 and am doing the exact same. I’m also skinny and I’m reading about how my type of apnea is very similar to people who are morbidly obese or have significant COPD….
Question regarding EPR. Who decides what the settings should be? I see on my first sleep report they recommend APAP min 5, max 16, optimum seems to be 11 according to titration. Nothing about EPR yet my machine is set to EPR ON Full time, level 3. Wondering why it’s set this way and maybe this is why I am not tolerating CPAP after 4 years of compliance. Also my machine was set to max of 9, so I changed it to 16 per sleep study.
I recently upgraded to this machine from a 2005'ish REMSTAR that finally failed and I'm amazed at the quality of sleep that I have had with this machine. Love the auto start/stop and the auto humidifier is wonderful. How accurate is their myAir app?
Hello, I'd like to know if one of your devices would respond to that specific issue : a breathing from the patient that doesnt stop brutally like in an apnea, but which has a minute ventilation continuously low in the few minutes after falling asleep (long insp. and exp. time, no obstruction), which ends up waking him up and not fully falling asleep. The nights when this event doesnt happen, the minute ventilation has a higher average and the sleep is ok. Do you know any algorithm or setting that could allow to preset a fixed target level for minute ventilation ? Thanks a lot, wishing you a good day
So I'm relatively new to this machine and have only used it for about 3 weeks. I'm not familiar with Ocar or the wave form plot that he is referring to. I would like to understand more about this.
Look at the video at -9.48, -9.50. The ramp time is a feature that makes the CPAP start at a lower pressure and gradually build up to what you need when you finally fall asleep. That helps you have a more gradual increase, instead of the immediate shock of a high pressure blowing at you. Some pple. tolerate it better by starting at a lower pressure as they’re falling asleep.
According to Resmed, the machine can identify when you are likely falling asleep. It adjusts the ramp for that so that you are ramped up shortly after you've fallen asleep. Look at your Oscar data with and without and you can see that difference.
Don't. MyAir is worthless. Instead, put an SD card in your machine and download OSCAR. sleepfiles.com/oscar. Look at the video that I uploaded today comparing free PAP data analysis software. OSCAR has easily accessible data that can actually show you what is going on.

I’ve had a ResMed AirSense 10 for about 4 years now. It recently stopped transmitting data due to discontinued 3G coverage in my area. So, I no longer get data in the MyAir App on my smartphone. I downloaded Oscar and read the data from my SD Card into it. It only shows Summary Data and says “Daily Data is Not Available”. Is there a setting on the AirSense 10 that allows storing Daily Data on the SD Card that is able to be read into Oscar?
When are they going to replace this? It is getting long on the tooth. My wife is getting one and I just wish they had a newer one. I still have the S9 with the large water tank! So much better and quieter!
They have one they've been working on and was supposed to come out fall of 2020 but our rep said its all been pushed back. I'm guessing because of COVID.
@@jtro3452 let me know when your rep says it is coming out. It will be time for me to buy then. The Airsense just doesn't have the water reservoir that is adequate and is too noisy.
Lately I wonder how much an advantage an ASV Resmed has over an Autoset Resmed, given the former costs almost 8 times as much! Does the ASV do more thorough analysis of sleep states and breathing monitoring?
Do you have a video on how to setup the modem so a sleep physician has remote access to the data on the ResMed Airsense/Aircurve 10 Auto BiPAP machine?
It may already be set up like that. My DME co. did that when they programmed mine. Also, you can go into the MyAir app , look under “profile” on bottom right, click “settings”, then click on “share with provider”. It allows data to be viewed remotely by your provider. Like I said, though, they may have it already done another way. I didn’t have that checked on mine, yet both my pulmonologist & the DME co. already had access to that.
Still trying to figure this one out.... I feel exasperated/so tired trying to exhale even on 3 EPR with this. Even the lower pressure with nasal pillows I can’t seem to breathe well. I wake up with a racing heart after an hour or two and rip it off in my sleep.
How do you breathe with the ramp being set up to 5 or 10 min and you have your nasal pillow on and blocking you from inhaling and preventing you from exhaling too?

I'm definitely trying the CPAP mode with no EPR tonight and watching the OSCAR data in the morning to see how I respond. I had the sleep study last night but I have to wait TWO WEEKS before the doctor has time for my what to do next appointment!! Meanwhile, my days are just complete exhaustion. I just wanted to THANK YOU for this super timely video. It was exactly what I needed right now. Definitely supporting you in one way or another for your hard work in educating us! I'll be signing up for the OSCAR review for example if I still remain stumped on what to do next. More soon! thanks again!
Would love to know what happened. I’m having issues with the EPR too.
😢❤no
Really helpful for the full range of functions, the description of each function and their relative usefulness. Having just received a new {replacement} Resmed Autoset 10 machine, I was pleased to have found, in this video, a full rundown on settings and functions, including the {hidden} clinical settings on the Autoset 10. A great review and refresher for me following a change of machines. Thank you very much, PNH
My older machine was still functioning well. However, I decided to purchase the replacement as my first machine was five years old. I have kept that one as a back-up reserve.
I had no idea how to make changes to pressures until I came across your video. Thanks
I really like the Resmed 10, a lifesaver for me
Best demo I have found to help understand my new machine. Thank you for taking time to help those of us with questions!
I was happy to hear thd part about EPR/RESPIRATORY DRIVE/CO2. I think this is what is happening to me.
I think that cool dude, Honda, deserves his own fan club!
Found your discussion of expiration pressure to be really helpful. Thanks!
Thank you!
Look at that amazing wardrobe switch at the end. Truly, you are profesh youtube man!
(Thank you for this video!)
That little move is called an "oh crap...I forgot to put this stupid little snippet in, so I'll add in now and not give a crap about continuity...." move.
Trying is for nerds! -Lanky 2021
That's the kind of thing that would happen to me, if I made RUclips videos!
I have the ResMed AirFit N20 nasal mask. I also have the ResMed AirFit N30i with nasal cradle mask. I also have the ResMed AirFit F40 full face mask. All of them say 'Device setting - pillows.'
I've decided on the F40 but I have my machine set to 'pillows', not full face.
Tons of info. Not sure how I tell what’s best for me. I’ll watch it a few more times
Lol!
Thanks for sharing the information. The video has good content.
I just got my airsense 10 and still trying to make the transition from the 9.
Great video, Honda is hilarious. Made me laugh and want to complete the entire video. Made some changes to my CPAP (settings) … hope this will change my sleep quality for the better.
Is there a setting for the back light? Mine is very dim. Any help would be appreciated!
It also allows you to scroll down in the on-screen sleep report for much more detailed information.
(I'm serious)
BUT, I'm starting to wake up with a dry mouth, an indication that I'm SNORING.
I appreciate this video. I truly thank you for sharing. I'm going to try out what you've just tought me.
LMAO. The leggo guy cracks me up. 😂
Thank you for your video, I needed to set my machine on smart start, very instructive and simple to follow
I did not have a severe case of COVID ( had a total of 5 Pfizer shots due to Afib wanted to minimize the effects when I caught it)
Really useful info! I can get some sleep tonight now , 🙏 thanks.
Thank you for the detail explanation on EPR.
13:15 A notification is nice since intermittent connections happen sometimes for some people
Very informative! Enjoyed watching your video.
When your machine is dying it will actually give you the message
“Motor life exceeded. Call your provider”. I got that message, they came and looked at it and said it’s working fine. 🤷♀️
So what exactly is being recorded on the card? Is it just recording what you see when you turn the dial or is it recording much more information? Thank you
I’m just having to get into this. Dr says I have severe apnea. Thank you for the Lego Guy. Made me laugh.
Thanks for the great video, I'm a big fan. Bought your mask cleaner. Its the best.
Thank you this was very helpful in matching the setting on my original machine so I have one for the house and one for the trailer now. :)
Great video, so clear and informative! Thank you so much!
5:30 I'd say setting min and max to equal values is btter since you get to keep the handy dandy Flow Limitation graph in OSCAR
Will be doing one on the ResMed Airsense 11
I got.my machine in late 2020 while Daylight Saving Time was on. When I started using OSCAR recently, it was after the time changed. I tried setting the time back one hour and it refused. It said you can’t change the time to be the past. Seems like a pretty serious defect.
Maybe you can spend a few hundred out of pocket or go through a corrupt and evil insurance company for them to fix it…
I so appreciate your videos!!!
I liked the video before it even came out!!! Beat that! #CPAPlegend
Extremely helpful as always! Love to Mr Squirrel. 😻
Thank you. Unfortunately Squirrel passed away in late January. 😢
14:20 LOL i do like the feeling of a dog breathing on my face when I sleep glad I got the auto set bonus options
Resmed are nice equipment but yeah the whole having to go cheat code to get to the pressure settings is a bit absurd
Im struggling to exhale
My machine is set to 5 to 15, with auto ramp up.
Way to hard , any suggestions?
My 89 year old dad has CSA and I know I need different settings than OSA, which he does not have. He simply stops breathing for 1:17 every 2 minutes…all night long. When he does finally take a breath it is a huge gasp for air followed by 6 or 7 more consecutively smaller gasps…followed by another minute + with NO breath.
What would you suggest for his initial settings?
Damn, I was really hoping he responded because I’m 30 and am doing the exact same. I’m also skinny and I’m reading about how my type of apnea is very similar to people who are morbidly obese or have significant COPD….
Thank you!!!! Excellent explanation!!!
My machine is set for MyAirWeb and won't open up the other menus still useful information.
I recently upgraded to this machine from a 2005'ish REMSTAR that finally failed and I'm amazed at the quality of sleep that I have had with this machine. Love the auto start/stop and the auto humidifier is wonderful. How accurate is their myAir app?
Hello,
I'd like to know if one of your devices would respond to that specific issue : a breathing from the patient that doesnt stop brutally like in an apnea, but which has a minute ventilation continuously low in the few minutes after falling asleep (long insp. and exp. time, no obstruction), which ends up waking him up and not fully falling asleep. The nights when this event doesnt happen, the minute ventilation has a higher average and the sleep is ok.
Do you know any algorithm or setting that could allow to preset a fixed target level for minute ventilation ?
Thanks a lot, wishing you a good day
Is there a setting for the machine to NOT shut off unless I press the power button?
So I'm relatively new to this machine and have only used it for about 3 weeks. I'm not familiar with Ocar or the wave form plot that he is referring to. I would like to understand more about this.
11:14 When *you stop inhaling* the pressure actually drops to EPAP. Important distinction
My machine is set to "AUTO' for Ramp Time...what is actually happening? (It has been that way for 3 years).
@@IHeartQuilting2 What is OSCAR? I’ve heard of it before, but don’t know where to get it, etc.
Thank you! Enjoyed! Dr.Marner
Does putting in your own SD card mess up the cellular connection that the doctor and equipment provider use to get your information?
No. But you need a older standard speed card.
Thanks for the very informative presentation. Question: How does one set up the wireless for the myAir app?
Don't. MyAir is worthless. Instead, put an SD card in your machine and download OSCAR. sleepfiles.com/oscar. Look at the video that I uploaded today comparing free PAP data analysis software. OSCAR has easily accessible data that can actually show you what is going on.
HIYAAA ,
I WAS HAPPY UNTIL THE MOTOR ON MY OLD SILVER RESMED CPAP EXPIRED , BUT IVE BEEN USING IT LIKE THAT FOR MONTHS AS MY HOSPITAL SAID ITS OK TO DO SO … HOWEVER I HAVE FELT SHOCKING & EXHAUSTED FOR MONTHS & IT HAD HARDLY ANY PRESSURE COMING OUT SO FINALLY I JUST GOT THIS MACHINE A FEW DAYS AGO ( FREE AS I AM IN THE UK 🙏🏻 ) I AM SO GLAD I HAVE FOUND THESE VIDS AS I CAN NOT GET ON WITH THE MACHINE & FEEL LIKE I AM NOT GETTING ENOUGH AIR EVEN WITH THE RAMP OFF SO KNOWING HOW TO GET INTO THE SETTINGS HACK IS A BLESSING & I AM GOING TO SEE IF I CAN LEARN HOW TO SEE & READ THE DATA FROM MY SD CARD - ON MY OLD SMALL SILVER RESMED MY PRESSURE WAS SET TO OVER 12 & I HAVE 49 APNEAS AN HOUR & MY HOSPITAL SAY I HAVE SOMETHING ELSE TOO & THAT IS MY OXYGEN LEVELS DROP THE SECOND I FALL ASLEEP , PRIOR TO DIAGNOSIS WHICH TOOK 5YRS MY OXYGEN SATS WOULD DROP AS LOW AS 33 % SO IVE BEEN CLOSE TO DYING MORE THAN 15 TIMES & WAS TESTED FOR EVERYTHING FROM A CT SCAN FOR MENINGITIS ( MY FIRST AMBULANCE RUSH IN ) TO LUBAR PUNCTURES OVER 2 DAYS TO BEING GIVEN ANTI EPILEPSY DRUGS TO TREAT WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS MIGRAINES WHICH I DIDNT TAKE , NO JUST LACK OF OXYGEN THAT FELT LIKE A JACKHAMMER GOING OFF IN MY HEAD @ 300MPH - IVE HAD A CPAP FOR 7YRS & ODDLY I TOOK TO IT WITHIN MINUTES THOUGH I WAS IN HOSPITAL AT THE TIME AFTER BEING RUSHED IN AGAIN SO PERHAPS I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE , BUT I READ COMMENTS FROM OTHERS & YOU GUYS REALLY SEEM TO KNOW YOUR STUFF & I HAVENT GOT A CLUE ABOUT MY DATA , BUT THIS NEW MACHINE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND & WHEN I WAKE UP GROGGY AFTER BEING ASLEEP 8 - 10HRS MY SLEEP REPORT SAYS 4.50 & TODAY IT WAS 3.50 , SO IS THAT THE AMOUNT OF SLEEP I GOT APNEA FREE … ??? SO LOST & CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE UNTIL NEXT WEEK & I AM WORRIED BECAUSE MY BLADDER IS STARTING TO AWAKEN DURING THE NIGHT AGAIN & MY HEAD IS BEGINNING TO POUND AGAIN - THANK YOU FOR ANY ADVICE IN ADVANCE 😊
You crack me up! Love it
1:17 LOFL!!! Dude, yer kill'n me!!! 😆
omg the random lego dude is the best part XD
Gracias este es el único video bien hecho
When are they going to replace this? It is getting long on the tooth. My wife is getting one and I just wish they had a newer one. I still have the S9 with the large water tank! So much better and quieter!
They have one they've been working on and was supposed to come out fall of 2020 but our rep said its all been pushed back. I'm guessing because of COVID.
@@jtro3452 let me know when your rep says it is coming out. It will be time for me to buy then. The Airsense just doesn't have the water reservoir that is adequate and is too noisy.
Sometimes I have to replenish the water in the middle of the night.
@@grandmajane2593 shameful!
Thanks great information, I have a question when I sleep facing machine its very quiet facing away its not .Why
No idea. Maybe just room acoustics.
Lately I wonder how much an advantage an ASV Resmed has over an Autoset Resmed, given the former costs almost 8 times as much! Does the ASV do more thorough analysis of sleep states and breathing monitoring?
Excellent video as always!
What do you recommend for increasing numbers of central events?
Download OSCAR from sleepfiles.com/OSCAR. It will hopefully provide some insight.
How do you breathe with the ramp being set up to 5 or 10 min and you have your nasal pillow on and blocking you from inhaling and preventing you from exhaling too?
