Been hyped about this pair since the press conference announcement. Big fan of pure boost, why not take it to the next level?! So much respect for the craft and work put into the products that have been coming out recently. The price point does justice and I'm all about the comfort.
I'm a Nike guy through and through but man, I really like these. I tried on a pair of ultra boosts and they feel squishier and bouncier than anything Nike has put out. Step your game up Nike.
I run 30+ miles/week at around 6:00/mile and prefer a really thin shoe with 4mm of heel and no cushioning, helps with form, you know your form is bad because your feet start burning unlike in these big squishy shoes
FilthyFranku Its good for light running or on a treadmill but definitely not suitable for long distance runs. The outsole is not very durable even after the continental update.
Im happy that primeknit is finally being accepted by the public. Last time they tried to release s a model with primeknit people freaked the fuck out and nike went batshit crazy and filed a lawsuit on a knit perfomance material.
adidas is more concern about what's inside than outside, this is why adidas shoes are so comfortable to wear. i think nike are more concern about the appearance than the performance of the shoe.
Not necessarily. I know I'm late af on this comment, but Nike and Adidas both have their ways of focusing on a certain feature of a shoe. Adidas on one hand, focuses on a lot of comfort level which is more desired by consumers who are always on their feet. Nike however, I feel are targeting athletes who want versatile footwear that can be worn whilst training and in-game at the same time, be worn as a sneaker to walk around in. Nike shoes may not be the most comfortable, but some of them perform really well in terms of traction. Take the Air Jordan 1 for example. They're a pain in the ass to wear, but they have amazing traction. Comfort is a benefit but your feet will get used to a shoe in time, so comfort isn't a huge need. A lot of things have to be compromised whenever you put a shoe together. All brands do concern about what's inside the shoe, yes. But not all of them are tweaking on comfort.
I've been an adidas person since day one and it's kinda weird but adidas is all I wear and i want to be apart of this but I honesty don't know what I need to do to work at adidas North American head quarters. Someone help please.
just apply for a job online. However unlike the "other guys"they only have like 7-800 people at the village so there are not as many opportunities.Try getting on as an intern that's most likely how you'll get yer foot in the door.Good luck!
I like running and i care about the health of my legs... I've tried many shoes and i came to conclusion that adidas is the best... All these years i was very satisfied but when i bought the ENERGY BOOST i felt that all the previous models were bad! Boost type shoes are the best of any kind......so relaxing and soft.....its a great experience .......realy.....
What they need is a shoe designed to expand horizontally using interconnected components. Until that is done shoes are really just fancy bags for feet. -GK
So whats the point, you sell the product that i cant even find the shoes at your store, am i have to buy from the reseller that multiply the price from the original one, Mr Adidas Greetings from Indonesia Hypebeast
wtf u mean, I don't even live in the states but I can find multiple colorways of ultraboosts in most sneaker stores for $180. There's legit no need to buy from resellers when you can just buy one for retail anywhere
Britek Stretch Recoil is tuned to your contractile rates. Largest footwear patent portfolio. Proprioception is improved. We are 15% more efficient than your best...OR ...Any shoe. Want to test for yourself? New patents available at your request.
Lets be honest 99% of us are not going to be doing any running in these therefore the design and look of the shoe really matters and I just cant get over how hideous the mid sole heel is and the fact it sticks out about 2 cm from your natural heel.
+Marcusnw1 yeah I realized that when I tried in a pair of Adidas with the boost tech, they're gonna have to be my next running shoes even though I wear Nike religiously
Yea and's thats why it has almost killed nike 2 years ago when these were released and they can't come back ever since. Stfu, these were slept on 2 years ago until kanye and hypebeasts started bringing attention to these and the hypebeasts were right for the first time. Just cause you can't afford a shoe thats only 180 usd doesn't mean you should go online and cry how bad they are lmao
Everyone going crazy over the way he pronounced Adidas. Stop! Do you Americans sometimes realize that you are also misspronouncing words like Adidas? Im not saying that the dude in the video said it right. Im just saying that you shouldn‘t be judging people on how they pronounce a word, when you can‘t even pronounce it correctly yourself!
What a load of old tosh!. Look at everyone debating over Nike or Adidas. You ain't runners, you're just "fashion snobs". If you were real runners, you'd be looking at e.g Asics... those are real running shoes.
The ultra boosts arent anywhere close to being the worlds best running shoe. Currently for me, the best running shoe ive ever tried are the new balance 1500v2s. The ultra boosts might be comfy af and have a dope silhouette, but arent an amazing "running" shoe
Very proud to see the h/p/cosmos climate chamber treadmill model venus in the adidas climate chamber and wind channel of the adidas lab. Thanks for your trust. ruclips.net/video/hw1tE-JIMW4/видео.html
Great vid, never thought there's so much work and research behind a shoe

Adidas truly has something amazing with Boost Technology! Im extremely excited for the future of the brand. The new "Ultra Boost" looks awesome.
this was interesting to see what goes into making the shoe. crazy
"My name's Ben Herath I'm heading up the Running Design Team here at @ @ Ass" 4:07

Loved this, to be able to see the thought put into the design process
When are they going to release the version with the dots!
Best shoes i wore it feel like your wearing a pillow shoe

De4thReborn ikr
Loved the pure boost, hopefully going to try these out as well!
I run 30+ miles/week at around 6:00/mile and prefer a really thin shoe with 4mm of heel and no cushioning, helps with form, you know your form is bad because your feet start burning unlike in these big squishy shoes
let's be real. who actually wears the ultra boost for running.
FilthyFranku runners
I did.
FilthyFranku Its good for light running or on a treadmill but definitely not suitable for long distance runs. The outsole is not very durable even after the continental update.
totally agree
Aiman Rizal fuck you mean not very durable, after the continental update the soles have lasted me over 600 miles
Great video!
I respect there craft so much now. I need a pair.
I always come back to this video just to hear this background music....
Anymore info on that family that runs? Seems like a cool story in itself.
If your saying you made the toe box wider thats great but why the 10 mm heel to toe drop. I'm not wanting to wear hi heels...
Im happy that primeknit is finally being accepted by the public. Last time they tried to release s a model with primeknit people freaked the fuck out and nike went batshit crazy and filed a lawsuit on a knit perfomance material.
I want to buy this shoe but it is very expensive but I do not know the features. Adidas boost hd 19 ?

Chi Huang "useless"
Best shoe, period
Who thinks they should release the dotted pair of ultra boost?
Too bad they didn't agonize over durability. clocked 45km on the 2.0 ultraboosts and already the lugs are almost flat in some areas.
Can I have the colorway at 3:07 ?
Fugue State Thats not an actually colorway. It was made for testing
Andy Lim you could probably track down a sample.
Looks better with the dots on
Where can i buy that hyped dot UB?
I've been an adidas person since day one and it's kinda weird but adidas is all I wear and i want to be apart of this but I honesty don't know what I need to do to work at adidas North American head quarters. Someone help please.

who else thinks those dots would make a sick colourway
I want that testing shoes
Could they pump out more OGs please?
What they need is a shoe designed to expand horizontally using interconnected components. Until that is done shoes are really just fancy bags for feet. -GK
@Will Swift/videos 2:30
Boost is the FUTURE
That song again
Really made that man wear adidas socks
Ive always preferred Nike trainers but these are really impressive
Just me or would it be the sickest thing ever to just work in an adidas office with all the ultra boosts on the back wall?
Clearly inspired by Joe tortolano.

Yo nobody noticed "Adedas"
The way herath said adidas made me cringe omg that was the first time i heard it pronounced that way
Wanna know something? Its actually probounced exactly that way
+Stewel92 probounced...
+Holly Poon turn on the captions it says "I'm heading up the running design team here that ass". No joke, I swear.
aduh daas lol
That's how it's supposed to be pronounced
I have tried them but I was not impressed at all.
*makes shoe to embrace running*
3 years later making colorways to suit for people who wears it casually.
Lets be honest 99% of us are not going to be doing any running in these therefore the design and look of the shoe really matters and I just cant get over how hideous the mid sole heel is and the fact it sticks out about 2 cm from your natural heel.
Formidable
so no ones gonna say anything about the way that guy pronounced "Adidas" at 4:08
Dude after watching this I feel bad for 90% of ultraboosts that are not used for running
I personally like uncaged better
I rather run in the boston boosts, so much faster
Still seems like it compresses toes in the toe-box.
Well that explains why they are £160+ lol.
But most of us use it as a streetwear
"adidas is great for running"
said no hypebeast ever.
How much does hypebeast get paid to host these infomercials?
oh ya... its a running shoe, forgot.
Turn captions on for that aussie guy,it's fucking dreadful.
And that makes it so much better :')
lol hes not aussie, not even close
Who actually wore this shoe for running? Most buyers don't run
I keep thinking thats Bill Gates -.-
No guys, saucony shoes are the shit, or brooks.
Not that I hate Adidas, but Kinvaras are the ultimate shit.
easy answer: Chinese sweatshops
my Roshes are comfy as fuck
That's what I thought too til I got me some ultra boosts.
They are nothing compared to UB's
+Marcusnw1 yeah I realized that when I tried in a pair of Adidas with the boost tech, they're gonna have to be my next running shoes even though I wear Nike religiously
+Rory Willoughby same. All I wear is Nike but I'm definitely getting a pair of these soon
+Kazial agreed
"I've been a runner all my life, I started
running when I was 14 years old"
look at adidas' desperate sophistication to sell this shoe lol
Yea and's thats why it has almost killed nike 2 years ago when these were released and they can't come back ever since. do not BUY wear out realllllllly fast, 15K
The best shoes with the most awful sole in the world , poor quality
Why poor quality?
+Gregor Kaufmann because I run with them and for 50 km total running the are in very bad condition the sole is almost gone ....
+Georgi Gugov Really?
Probably because you have the 1.0s without the continental outsole
No I don't have fakes , because I take them form adidas store in Berlin , and my are with continental sole ! Just adidas need to fix this problem
Very proud to see the h/p/cosmos climate chamber treadmill model venus in the adidas climate chamber and wind channel of the adidas lab.
