0:47 The way you worded that seems to be implying that console players can't play base game. Just so there's no confusion, it's a DLC download on console, just like on PC.
@@acezero8132 I’m sure as of right now , but really , how many do you actually really use ? My photon arts combined with tech arts and multi weapons , I don’t know about you but each key of my controller is taken and my sub pallet full.
@@SanDiegosGreatest I use a little bit of everything tbh, as far as PAs are concerned, unless it's for end-game challenges. My sub pallet always has about 4-5 slots open since I tailor them each time I switch classes or weapon types- but Tech classes have a little less slots open most of the time. But either way, I kinda liked having the other PA options in base game since they often worked with various movement and playstyles. Ranger was super fun with its PAs, and they arguably had more function than their NGS counterparts (some had CQC like the slide and kick, or the launcher swing that punted small enemies across the field).
Good to see you revisit Classic PSO2, and yeah, that should be a bit of a warm-up for Ruine Masquerade using Omega Masquerade regardless of the depth you're playing, yeah, I also wonder how they are going to implement the dude in NGS, hopefully no restrictions in terms of attempts, but I think 50 are a bit plentiful in a per-day basis. Oh, by the way, in console once you download Classic PSO2... I'm not really sure you can remove it... at least on Ps4, on Xbox I think like on PC you can uninstall it if you don't need it, in my case I keep Classic PSO2 because for me is better to have it whenever I get in the mood to go back in the past and not wait like 2+ hours for it to download and install (especially on Ps4 as for some reason, the download speed is kind of a slug).
That cluster F augment system on base? Never again. Specially in the absence of weapons lab boosts. Yeah no. That content is not for NGS only players at all this is more for veterans that already have God tier gear in base.
@lantice013 That's...a lie. Not only is there a guide like someone above said, but there's only one piece of content that needs CMAG stuff and that's HTPD. Besides that, you can make budget units with stuff and make meseta easier in Base. Don't try to discourage people from trying Base, and I say this as someone who started playing in March of this year.
@DragonClapper1855 so it took you more than half a year to get to where your at now.....yeah you can do it but it takes time. I just want people to know what they are getting into. Seeing a lot of players in NGS can't even grind for top tier gear in NGS. It's not discouragement. Im just being realistic.
I started on NGS. Been a Slayer since the class released. Been playing base game for the past month and finally started on Luster a few days ago. Slayer can't even compare. Luster is just peak. People always say that NGS combat is fast-paced, but it's floaty as hell and every attack feels weak. PSO2 combat is deliberate, punchy, weighty, and just as fast-paced as NGS if you play it right.
masq imunity is time based and pa/tech based if you cycle thru 3 pa's or techs you can continue to use only 3 with no issue but you do have to change your rotation to match imunity the amount of pa's wont be a an issue in ngs if implemented
It has nothing to do with time, it's based on attack IDs. Any PA/attack hits that have the same damage multi on a PA all contribute to an attack ID until it is resisted - that resistance is 10% of masq's HP for the majority of the depths (it starts at 20%, but only for the first 80 floors or so). Morning Mistreaver has several hits that do the same damage, then a finishing hit that does more (the key being that it's different). Those identical hits build up towards one 10% resistance, while the last hit gets its own attack ID that it contributes to separately. Uncrafted cherry blossom finale is two identical hits that both contribute while crafted cherry blossom is two different valued hits, and each contribute towards their own resistance cap. This split is easy to see with katana counter as the counter hit, and counter edge have different multis, and edge is always resisted first. Counter edge with klauz's s5 is also considered to be unique and different.
Hi kerropi, do you think LVL +91 weapons will come due to the new level cap increase? I'm trying to decide whether or not it's worth using preset skill enhance substitutes are worth using on the 12* weapons or not.
They absolutely dropped the ball on base game events. Had no idea this was a thing for base and it's probably gone now because maintenance just kicked in. It's like they want base to not have players.
Kinda lame that you lose the arena him in NGS just looks bland and boring kinda wish Sega would give us some new stuff and not the same reused Base game stuff...

AND IT FREE
Emergency, Code, Duel! Ah the classic phrase.. 😁😁
Yes let’s get ppl playing bass again!
Nostalgia bomb went off seeing base game combat again! Thanks for the treat!
11 photon arts versus 4 just blows my mind
Base never started with 11 lol it was gradually built like ngs
@@SanDiegosGreatest Except the current director stated that they don't have plans to increase the amount like in base game.

110 is when the high lvl weapon bonus ends and he's just a boss
Sucks there ain’t a weapon camo for Masquerade’s sword
Problem is that I feel a good bunch of people started with NGS and gearing up for base PSO2 is basically impossible now
There is a guide in 2024 but you have to follow every step, yesterday I saw someone talking about the best augment to increase your power
@@carlosballesteros2574 Is there really? I know what the best stuff is but I got a friend who I could help, where can I find that guide?

God, base gameplay is so much better lmao it's embarrassing how NGS is trash
I agree trash better then ngs contant

What time the AC Scratch: End of Year! Popular item revival will be available? They announced available from Dec 28 Saturday.

Base PSO2, when Braver was a class. Slayer in NGS is the only thing close to what base offered, and that itself is a mile missed lmao.
Umm you didn’t show anything or the mechanics as much or how hard?
You just ran throw it
Just the obvious thing Immunity and whatever
D999 the best fight ever and Sodam L200 those for who real like end game
With the nice rewards, the best of the game

14 seconds.... 14 secooooooooooooooooonds AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH
lol game so dead gotta go back to base game
😂
😂
What do you consider "dead"? Game is still making money in both global and JP markets.
