(i) By going back to the pitlane interview with Senna, the video appears to intend to make clear that the race Senna was talking about, his very first car race, was the same race that was being mentioned by the car owner and (ii) by going back to the car owner, the video adds what happened in that very first race in a car (not a go kart): pole, best lap, win by 13 seconds.
Senna was talking about driving F Fords as his first single seater outing. Dick Bennetts was talking about Senna's first race in an F3 which came after he raced Ford 2000 with Dennis Rushen's team.
