      You can always tell when you start filming early in the morning by your glossy red eyes lol. At first I thought that random guy at 9:10 was Drew making a cameo but I quickly realized you were in stranger danger. Then he laughed at Jeff at 9:30 and upgraded himself to savage status.

    When people ask what do you love so much about fishing all you got to do is show them the beginning of this video the joy, exhilaration, the huge rush and then some that's why we love fishing!
    Good luck on your PB for 2018.
    PS: Your Redfish look very similar to a fish we have here in Oz called a Jewfish or Mulloway they grow up to 80kg (180 pounds) and adults make great eating.

    • @ytho95
      @ytho95 4 года назад

      Go up into the feeding creeks/rivers/tributaries. Look for dark mud, it warms as the sun comes out and the fish flock there. Early mornings try deeper holes, try to time trips at high tides around the afternoons, so the fish can get the warm mud, early mornings, dept waters key. If you wade, you can get way into shallow creeks where grass is. I use a kayak, but if you wade fish, obviously do at high tides and fish the creeks and flats. I don't have a depth finder, just try to read the water, finding currents and oysters in bigger water (main rivers) are good. Slow down retrieves. Hope this helps! Tight lines 🤙

  • @handmethatchingadera

    I think real secret is that bay complex your fishing. The farther back in it you go the more the gumbo mud starts and there is also a warm water source. The mud holds heat well and during fall, winter, and early spring fish move up in there. Its the same complex I caught my pb trout 31.75” back in 2001. The bad news is there’s also a doo doo water source lol (the city claims not to have identified the exact source) somewhere way way back up that complex that is also the source of the bacteria in the water or at least a good majority of it which is why I stopped fishing it. Watch out for vibrio and for artificial do silver spoon all day in that one. Nice vid and good catching! Oh and if you fart in your waders it will help overcome the water pressure situation.

    Coop be careful using waders aka fishing bibs. Always have a sharp knife on your belt. If you get swamped or fall down waders can fill up fast and your done. Its happened many times here on Cape Cod. You need to be able to cut the rubber open fast. Yes a belt helps but keep a knife dude close.

If you use any of those broken back corkys from k6 Island sports they have the same hooks. unfortunately, i have not found where to buy them ini bulk yet,so until then i'll keep using the hooks from my collection of the center hook off of the superspooks.
