Best fishing channel on youtube. I do alot of car fishing here in eastern Kansas. Cabellas built a mega store in the Kansas city burbs. During construction I had 10 4 hook trout lines in the Missouri river and I caught a 44lb flathead and cabellas took it and put it in their massive aquarium. It's full of local fish caught by the public.
I started watching you just cause how you fish...I love fishing so much I can do it all day...I live in a dessert environment (Tucson) where I only go fishing like once a year and I just love it...you should have a raffle or contest to see if you can get fans from anywhere to go fishing with you one day...that would be really cool🙌

Hey try this recipe out. It’s Gooooood !! Any white wine. In a baking dish just coat the bottom of it. Put your fillets on top. Not submerged. Any kind of vinegar base product will work but I prefer mayo and coat The fillets then add your favorite fish seasoning. I do old bays with cayenne. Bake 350 for 30 min. “OR”. Lol 6 tablespoons butter or< margarine, melted, divided * 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour * Paprika * Juice of 1 lemon * 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley * 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce' Place fish on a broiler rack that has been coated with cooking spray. Brush tops of fish with 3 tablespoons of the butter; dust with flour and sprinkle with paprika. Broil 5-6 in. from the heat for 5 minutes or until fish just begins to brown. Combine lemon juice, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and remaining butter; pour over the fish. Broil 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. ENJOY

Just out of curiosity what are you marking the lengths on your pole with? I use fingernail polish but I'm always looking to make things easier if you've found something that lasts and is easy to apply...
I like casting reels much better than spinners overall, but I do agree the drag on spinners is smoother. Just doing some searching, and from what I’ve experienced tearing both types down, spinners have more friction plates than casters. Maybe that accounts for the nicer feeling when drag gets pulled on a spinner vs. a caster. By the way, love the channel. Your enthusiasm is tough to match.
Do you have a video of your best rods and reels that go with them? I'm trying to buy 2 rods for everyday use, one thats 8ft for lakes n rivers and a surf rod for far casts at reservoirs. Right now I have a 12ft DAM Steelpower Blue Telescoping Surf Rod and I'm about to order a 7000 Saltwater reel thats 22.3 oz and holds 320 yard of 50lb braid. Do you think that comb is good for the surf rod?
I was wondering how you know the layout of the water so well. Is there a map with water depths that is released every year? Just being out there fishing constantly? All the videos I watch here you seem to know exactly where there is a drop off etc...great channel and love the energy inn the videos! Thanks in advance
You can see depth change on google maps just by looking at the water color and also just stick your paddle in the water a lot to check depth when you're fishing is what I do.
