Great video love it. Do you have one on moving forward?
Revolutionary!!
Hi coach! Thanks for more great content, but I’m a little bit confused. You said we rec players don’t split step, so we should be able to use the “burst” movement. Is this not just a version of the “flow” split, and you are emphasizing the efficiency? Or maybe just avoiding scary terms like “split step”, which tend to make players like me (I confess) break out in hives? Can someone like me get close to this by just lifting the heels and using that great information about the foot to use ground force? Or is the full lift and land mission critical?
Thanks for all you do!
Where can I come to hit on those courts? I would pay.
gravity step
But haven’t you taken two steps instead of one?
Basically the difference is that with the burst step you land on one foot instead of two therefore pushing your bodyweight into the next step making it quicker
