I'm currently watching the 1999 version and I gotta say I'm loving it so far. But when it comes to the 1999 vs 2011 debate I can't really pick a side, both are great. Some scenes/character designs in the 1999 version are better than the 2011 version for instance, Hisoka's bloodlust scene is a lot more terrifying in this version.

絵柄や声質、音楽、雰囲気などなど初見の内容でイメージや世界観が確立しているのだから、
どちらが先にしろどうしても後のシリーズに違和感を感じてしまうのは当然かもしれない。
自分はやはり旧派かな。特にヒソカは完全に1999年版に限る。笑
旧版でキメラアント編が見たかったな
特にフェイタンの戦闘シーンが見たい
声は最初に見た方がいいのは仕方ないけどBGMとかの雰囲気作りは圧倒的に旧なのは流石に新派でもわかって欲しい
天空闘技場以降は新の方が好きだけど、試験編は断然旧の方が好きだなぁ
旧のヨークシン編はまじで神
旧作派は作画が負けてることをいい加減に認めるべき
