In 2018 I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic with a A1c ranging from 9.6 to 10.2, with the use of magnesium, zinc, copper sulfate, and beet gummies I was able get off metafomin and reduce my A1c. After maintaining my A1c between 5.2 and 5.6 for 2yrs my GP wants to share 1 beer with me to find out how I did it. I now have added Selenium and D3K2 to my current tool box.

When I was diagnosed with pre-Diabetes, I stopped drinking coffee, nixed dairy, most sugar, breads, non-organic red meat. I ate more foods rich in potassium and vitamin D, practiced controlled breathing and daily light exercise. My blood pressure slowly got under control, my A1C went down, my inflamation went away and I no longer suffered from restless leg syndrome. I also watched my salt intake and made sure that I drank enough water everyday. Water is the only thing that I drink now.
That’s amazing! It sounds like you made some really effective lifestyle changes. Staying hydrated and being mindful of what we eat can have such a big impact on health. Thanks for sharing your story-it’s really inspiring and highlights how powerful natural approaches can be!
Thanks for the everlasting information you presented. I think quality is a main issue also, not all brands of any supplements are the same. Purchase good top vitamins that are pure, without fillers, preservatives etc. I take 2 of 3. I will be adding berberine.
Great question! To substantiate claims, we use scientific studies, expert reviews, and reputable health organizations as sources. Providing citations or links to credible research can also strengthen our points. Thanks for bringing this up!
@@DiabeticsTalk thanks for the info. I would like to clarify something. Dietary supplements can be advertised even not clinically tested right, unlike any other drugs. We just need to provide citations from credible sources of natural ingredients that a supplement has to prove our claims that it is safe nd effective right?
While it's true that exposure to sunlight helps the body produce vitamin D, there can be various factors that contribute to low vitamin D levels in individuals living in regions with abundant sunshine, including in India. Here are a few possible reasons: Sunscreen use: Regular use of sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF) can limit the amount of UVB radiation absorbed by the skin, which is necessary for vitamin D synthesis. While sunscreen is important for skin protection, it can also hinder vitamin D production. Limited sun exposure: Factors such as spending most of the day indoors, covering the body with clothing, or cultural practices that limit sun exposure can reduce the amount of sunlight available for vitamin D synthesis. Skin pigmentation: Individuals with darker skin have higher levels of melanin, which reduces the skin's ability to produce vitamin D from sunlight. Air pollution: Areas with high levels of air pollution can attenuate UVB radiation and reduce the skin's ability to produce vitamin D. Seasonal variations: Even in sunny regions, there may be variations in sunlight intensity throughout the year. In some seasons, the angle of the sun or weather conditions may reduce the amount of UVB radiation reaching the skin. It's important to note that individual variations, dietary factors, and underlying health conditions can also contribute to low vitamin D levels. If you are concerned about your vitamin D status, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional who can assess your specific situation, conduct necessary tests, and provide appropriate guidance for supplementation if needed.
Do you have your own supplements of Berberine magnesium Vit D. With recommended therapeutic dose. I want to place order. Another supplement you forgot to mention that is chromium which helps in insulin sensitive. Hope you also put it in to the perspective.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your support Stephen! We really appreciate it.

Berberine Curcumine with black papper vitamin D Magnesium
I take all three top supplements and try to exercise each day. However I believe that while exercise is good it leads to a greater need for magnesium,
Ceylon cinnamon is helpful as well.
How many mg should I take?

How do I lower it very quickly like within minutes of being around 300 mg/dl?
Good luck with that. But seriously, what are U eating?
I was just wondering, can a person take all three supplements a day?
Hi Sherry, great question. The best thing to do is to consult with your doctor for advice.
Do you have your own supplements of Berberine magnesium Vit D. With recommended therapeutic dose. I want to place order. Another supplement you forgot to mention that is chromium which helps in insulin sensitive. Hope you also put it in to the perspective.
Yes, yes, yes. Most doctors are ignorant
Ok

That's banaba, not banana.
