I started eating 6 nuts a day a few days ago, amazed that once my glucose was 168 lowered to the 130's. Glad I watched this video and bought some in their natural shells and cracked them open. Love this channel!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! It's great to hear that incorporating a small amount of nuts into your diet has had a positive impact on your glucose levels. Keep up the good work, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks for the video and hello from South Australia. I'm 73 yrs old and retired from a high-stress 12 hour-day 7-day a week sedentary job (driving instruction) . As a type 2 diabetic, my typical breakfast is blueberries, low-sugar yoghurt, mixed seeds, a "high-fibre mix" purchased from a supermarket, and ALMONDS and WALNUTS! Evening meal: mixed raw veg, raw mushrooms, spinach leaf and tinned fish or lean meat. And exercise esp. climbing stairs. If I snack it is usually some raw almonds. After 6 months I lost 20kilos and my blood-sugar improved so much I no longer have to inject myself with large quantities of daily insulin!! After seeing this video I' ll add the other nuts to my diet. Thanks again.
Congratulations on your weight loss and improved blood sugar levels! It sounds like you have made some positive changes to your diet and lifestyle, which can have a significant impact on managing type 2 diabetes. Incorporating a variety of nuts into your diet, such as almonds, walnuts, and others, can provide a source of healthy fats, protein, and other nutrients that can support overall health. It's important to continue working with your healthcare provider to monitor your blood sugar levels and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Keep up the good work!
I am a huge nut eater and have been for most of my life, almonds mostly. This program makes me very hungry! I will not brake my fast, I will not brake my fast....
Nuts are great, leafy greens Darker the better, broccoli. Sweet potatoes, onions and carrots are the only roots i now eat, and in moderation. Peppers , pickles and olives. Blueberries raspberries and a small amount of strawberries for snacks. Dairy works for me , not everyone i know. Chicken lambs liver and herrings, sardines mackerel No white starches, including potatoes. This is working for me and its the easiest way ive found yet. I eat lots but have only 2 meals a day and my insulin use is falling as is my blood sugars. In fact hypos are for the first time becoming a problem coz im still overestimating my insulin.
I always love pistachios nuts sometimes I can eat a whole 1 pound bag within a week but my diabetics conditions do not improve at all. I try walnuts and almond in a very small amount about a tablespoon size , and I find it a helpful snack. I sometimes even ate a piece dark chocolate with almonds which did not affect my blood sugar much.
It's great that you're finding healthy snack options that work well for you and your diabetes management. While pistachios can be a nutritious food, they are also relatively high in carbohydrates and calories compared to some other types of nuts like almonds and walnuts, which may be why you're not seeing improvements in your blood sugar control when you consume them in large amounts. As you mentioned, eating a small amount of almonds or walnuts can be a good snack option for people with diabetes, as they are low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats and protein, which can help regulate blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full and satisfied. Dark chocolate with almonds can also be a good snack choice, as long as you choose a high-quality dark chocolate that is low in sugar and contains at least 70% cocoa solids. It's important to keep in mind that individual tolerance to carbohydrates and other nutrients can vary, so it's a good idea to monitor your blood sugar levels and work with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian to determine the best snack options and portion sizes for you.
You left out pecans! In clinical trials, pecans have been shown to improve insulin sensitivity & reduce cardiovascular risk factors. Raw pecans make a perfect snack that, although high in (good) fats, help you feel full with just a handful, an excellent dieting aide.
Thank you for your comment! That's great information about pecans and their potential benefits for people with diabetes. Incorporating a variety of nuts into a balanced diet can provide valuable nutrients and help manage blood sugar levels.

Greek yogurt with granola and blueberries is a delicious and nutritious breakfast option, and increasing your intake of vegetables and fruits can have a significant impact on your overall health and well-being. Keep up the good work, and don't forget to listen to your body's hunger and fullness signals to ensure that you're eating enough to fuel your body properly.
I enjoyed this presentation! I have been "diagnosed" as being pre-diabetic, so I hope to add these nuts to my diet to hinder further diabetic progression. Thanks!
Thank you for watching and we're glad to hear that you found it helpful! Adding nuts to your diet is a great idea as they are a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, which can help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. However, it's important to consume nuts in moderation as they are also high in calories. A small handful of nuts per day (about 1-2 ounces) is a good starting point. Be sure to also incorporate other healthy lifestyle habits, such as regular physical activity and a balanced diet rich in whole foods, to help manage your blood sugar levels and prevent the progression to type 2 diabetes.
my diabetes is gone I take benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid 600 will not take metformin and watch my sugar intake sugar is the main cause of cancer or i should say cancer feeds on sugar

Almond butter and whole almonds are both nutritious options, but there are some differences to consider. Almond butter is made by grinding whole almonds into a smooth paste, and typically contains added ingredients like salt and oil. This means that almond butter is more calorie-dense than whole almonds, and may contain more added sodium and saturated fat. However, almond butter is still a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, and can be a convenient way to add these nutrients to your diet. It's also a good option for people who have difficulty chewing whole almonds or prefer the taste and texture of almond butter. Overall, both almond butter and whole almonds can be part of a healthy diet, and it's up to you to decide which one fits your needs and preferences better.
To incorporate a variety of nuts into your diet without overdoing it, you could aim for a total of 1-2 servings of nuts per day, which would be around 2-4 ounces or 56-112 grams of nuts. This would provide you with the health benefits of nuts without consuming too many calories. However, it's important to consult with a registered dietitian or healthcare provider to determine the appropriate daily calorie intake and serving size for your individual needs.
Thank you for subscribing to our channel! We're glad to have you on board. As someone with type 2 diabetes who loves nuts, there are many options available that can be part of a healthy diet. Nuts are a great source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, and can help manage blood sugar levels when consumed in moderation. However, it's important to choose unsalted and unflavored nuts and to monitor portion sizes to avoid consuming excess calories. We encourage you to speak with your healthcare professional or registered dietitian to develop a personalized nutrition plan that meets your specific needs and preferences. Thanks for reaching out and we look forward to sharing more information with you!
Yes, you can mix all four nuts together for variety and health benefits. For cashews, a typical serving is about 1 ounce, which is around 18-20 nuts. Moderation is key, so just a handful at a time is a good start!
It's great to hear that you're feeling fine and maintaining a healthy routine with your morning snack choices. Nuts like Brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, and apricot kernels can provide various nutrients and health benefits. They are rich in healthy fats, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. As with any diet, it's always important to consider a variety of foods and maintain balance. Along with your morning snack, ensure you're consuming a well-rounded diet that includes a range of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and other nutritious foods. If you have any specific dietary concerns or conditions, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian who can provide personalized guidance based on your individual needs.
Peanuts can be a healthy snack option for people with diabetes as they are low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats and protein. Peanuts also contain fiber and various vitamins and minerals that can support overall health. However, it's important to choose unsalted peanuts and to monitor portion sizes, as peanuts are also high in calories. If you have diabetes and are considering incorporating peanuts into your diet, it's important to speak with your healthcare professional or registered dietitian to ensure that your dietary choices are safe and effective for you. Thanks for your question!
Almond sprouts are the tiny shoots that grow from an almond seed when it is sprouted. While they are not as commonly consumed as mature almonds, they can provide some nutritional benefits such as vitamin E, fiber, and antioxidants. However, it's important to note that almond sprouts contain a compound called amygdalin which can release cyanide when consumed in large amounts. As such, it's recommended to consume almond sprouts in moderation and to cook them thoroughly before consuming to minimize any potential risk. As always, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian to determine a personalized dietary plan that works best for you.
To incorporate a variety of nuts into your diet without overdoing it, you could aim for a total of 1-2 servings of nuts per day, which would be around 2-4 ounces of nuts. This would provide you with the health benefits of nuts without consuming too many calories. For those of us with Type 2 diabetes plus also trying the keto diet for weight loss/anti-inflammation, only pecans and almonds have been recommended. Can I stay in ketosis by eating small amounts of these other nuts? Thanks.
Pecans and almonds are great choices for people with type 2 diabetes who are following a ketogenic diet, as they are relatively low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats. However, other nuts like walnuts, macadamia nuts, and hazelnuts can also be included in a ketogenic diet in moderation, as they are also low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats. It's important to keep in mind that nuts are high in calories and can be easy to overeat, which can lead to weight gain and difficulty maintaining ketosis. It's also important to choose unsweetened nut butter and avoid added sugars in processed nut products. To stay in ketosis, it's important to keep track of your carbohydrate intake from all sources, including nuts. The amount of nuts you can eat while staying in ketosis will depend on your individual carbohydrate needs and goals. It's a good idea to work with a registered dietitian who is knowledgeable about both the ketogenic diet and diabetes management to help you create a personalized meal plan that meets your needs and goals.
john Faber 2 minutes ago (edited) my diabetes is gone I take benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid 600 will not take metformin and watch my sugar intake sugar is the main cause of cancer or i should say cancer feeds on sugar
While some studies suggest a link between high sugar intake and cancer risk, the relationship between sugar and cancer is complex and not fully understood. It is important to consume added sugar in moderation, along with a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods. It is important to work with a healthcare provider to develop a personalized treatment plan for managing diabetes, which may include medication, lifestyle changes, and monitoring of blood sugar levels.
Nuts raise my blood sugar glucose! I know this is not normal but that what happens to me. I e tested my blood glucose over and over and it’s always the same!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It's possible that the carbohydrates in nuts could be affecting your blood glucose levels. While nuts are generally a healthy snack option for people with diabetes because they are low in carbohydrates and high in protein and healthy fats, it's important to monitor your blood glucose levels to see how your body reacts to different foods. If you find that nuts consistently raise your blood glucose levels, you may want to talk to your healthcare provider or a registered dietitian to determine the best options for managing your diabetes.
Both cashews and almonds can be part of a healthy diet for people with diabetes when consumed in moderation. While cashews do contain carbohydrates, they also offer several health benefits. As for almonds, both raw and cooked varieties can be a good snack option, but it's important to watch portion sizes and avoid added ingredients in pre-packaged options. Raw almonds can provide vitamin E and antioxidants, while roasted almonds can offer protein and healthy fats. It's always a good idea to work with a healthcare professional to determine the best diet for your individual needs.
Hello everyone I read somewhere that we should soak almonds and cashew also walnut in water overnight bit of salt please can you put bit of light on this
@@khalidjamal2968 I can't imagine soaking cashews but I have tried soaking almonds because it gets rid of something, can't remember. Just like you are supposed to soak dried beans before cooking but I don't soak either and I am doing quite well with my health. Good luck.
Hi! I Had No Idea Pastasios Are High In Phosphorus!! I Was Born With One Kidney & Well Phosphorus Is Not Our Friend!! I Don't Have Enough Teeth For Almond's!! 💗💗💗💗
If pastasios are high in phosphorus and not suitable for your kidney health, it's advisable to limit or avoid their consumption. There are other alternatives you can explore that are lower in phosphorus, such as whole wheat pasta or rice-based pasta. Consulting with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian who specializes in kidney health can provide you with personalized dietary recommendations based on your specific needs and restrictions. They can help you create a well-balanced diet that supports your overall health while considering your unique circumstances.
Nuts are great, but like most people above the age of 40, are going to suffer from 3 conditions, pre diabetes, gout, and kidney issues. And as hard as you try helping one condition hurts the other...a handful of almonds has oxalate of 400+ mg, that blows you out of the water with your kidneys, you Have too control blood sugar, oxalates, and uric acid damn near impossible.
That's a great habit! Almonds and cashews are both fantastic choices. This video highlights other nuts that may also help with blood sugar management-feel free to explore and see what works best for you! 😊"
Thanks for very informative video. Though we use nuts all the time only Assalamu Alaiykum wa Rahmatul Laah snacks here and there. It will be different now. I would like to know , should we use all the nuts in the amount you mentioned or only a handful of all the nuts.
When it comes to incorporating nuts into your diet, it's important to practice portion control as they are calorie-dense. Generally, a handful of mixed nuts (around 1-2 ounces) per day is a good serving size to reap the potential health benefits. You can choose to include a variety of nuts in your diet, as each type offers its own unique nutritional profile. As always, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian to determine a personalized dietary plan that works best for you.
Hi! This serving size can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Almonds are a nutritious food that can be a healthy addition to a balanced diet, but it's important to keep portion sizes in mind, as they are high in calories and fat. Eating 40 almonds in one sitting can add up to a significant amount of calories and fat, which may not be ideal for everyone. If you're trying to manage your weight or have other health concerns, it may be helpful to measure out your almond portions or count them to ensure that you're eating an appropriate amount for your needs. Alternatively, you could try incorporating other types of nuts and seeds into your diet, which can offer similar nutritional benefits to almonds but with different flavors and textures.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While it's true that Brazil nuts contain small amounts of radium and can be a source of radon gas, the levels are generally considered to be safe for consumption. However, it's important to eat a variety of nuts in moderation and not rely solely on Brazil nuts for their health benefits. As for almonds, bitter almonds do contain small amounts of cyanide, but sweet almonds, which are the type most commonly consumed, do not. It's important to purchase and consume almonds from a reputable source to ensure their safety and quality. Overall, it's important to have a balanced and varied diet that includes a variety of foods in moderation to ensure you are getting all of the necessary nutrients for optimal health.
Thanks for sharing that information! It's important to be aware of any potential drawbacks or risks associated with the foods we consume. It's always a good idea to practice moderation and balance in our diets.
Macadamia nuts can be a healthy snack option for people with diabetes as they are low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats. However, like all nuts, they are also high in calories and should be consumed in moderation. If you have diabetes and are concerned about incorporating macadamia nuts into your diet, it's important to speak with your healthcare professional or registered dietitian to ensure that your dietary choices are safe and effective for you. Thanks for your comment!
Yes, almonds do contain oxalates, which are naturally-occurring compounds found in many plant-based foods. High levels of oxalates in the body can contribute to the formation of kidney stones in some people. However, the oxalate content of almonds is relatively low compared to some other plant-based foods like spinach, beets, and rhubarb. In general, moderate consumption of almonds (a handful per day) is unlikely to cause any issues for most people. It's also important to note that oxalates can be reduced by soaking, cooking, or roasting almonds before eating them. If you have a history of kidney stones or are concerned about your oxalate intake, it's a good idea to talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian for personalized advice on how to incorporate almonds and other high-oxalate foods into your diet safely.
always amazes me that the recommended handful of nuts or a tab of chocolate is good enough for you! Have you all got tiny tummies and just eat the bare minimum? I weigh a staggering 155 pounds contained in a 6'1" frame and I find I eat a lot more than you tiny tummy folk. Hard to maintain the Keto diet when the flavors are less than real carbs. As well as the price being higher.
Everyone's dietary needs and preferences are unique and can vary based on factors such as age, gender, and activity level. While a handful of nuts or a small piece of chocolate may be sufficient for some individuals, others may require more calories and variety in their diet. We encourage you to consult a healthcare professional to determine a dietary plan that works best for you.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It's possible that the bitter taste in your mouth is related to the acidity of your body, which can be influenced by many factors, including diet. While nuts are generally considered healthy, they do contain some acids that could contribute to acidity in the body. It's important to listen to your body and pay attention to how different foods make you feel. If you continue to experience a bitter taste in your mouth after eating nuts, you may want to talk to your healthcare provider or a registered dietitian to determine if there are other dietary changes you can make to help manage your symptoms.
We apologize if the pictures of blood sticks are causing discomfort. Blood glucose monitoring is an important aspect of diabetes management, and some people find it helpful to see visuals to better understand the process. However, we understand that this may not be the case for everyone. Studies suggest that pecans may have a positive impact on blood sugar control, and they are a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber. Cashews, on the other hand, are not known to have a negative impact on the thyroid. However, they are high in oxalates which can cause issues for people with certain health conditions, such as kidney stones. As with any food, it's important to consume nuts and seeds in moderation as part of a balanced diet. If you have a specific health condition or dietary restriction, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized dietary recommendations.
Yes, cashews do contain natural sugars, but they are also a good source of protein, healthy fats, and fiber. As with any food, it's all about moderation and finding the right balance for your individual dietary needs. Thanks for your comment!
You are correct that cashews and peanuts are technically legumes rather than nuts. However, they are still commonly referred to as nuts due to their similar nutritional profiles and culinary uses. Cashews and peanuts are good sources of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, making them a nutritious addition to your diet in moderation. If you have a specific health condition or dietary restriction, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized dietary recommendations.
We apologize if it seemed that peanuts were not included in the list. Peanuts can be a part of a healthy diet for individuals with diabetes, but it's important to consume them in moderation and consider portion sizes. Peanuts are a good source of protein and healthy fats, which can help promote satiety and stabilize blood sugar levels. However, it's worth noting that peanuts are relatively high in calories, so it's important to be mindful of portion sizes to avoid overconsumption. Additionally, some people with diabetes may have individual sensitivities or allergies to peanuts, so it's important to consider personal factors and consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized dietary guidance. Remember that managing diabetes involves a balanced and varied diet that takes into account individual preferences, nutritional needs, and blood sugar control. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian for personalized advice on food choices and portion sizes that best suit your specific needs.
Carbohydrate intake is an important consideration for people with diabetes, as carbohydrates have the greatest impact on blood sugar levels. However, it's important to remember that carbohydrates are also an essential nutrient and are necessary for proper bodily function. The key is to choose healthy carbohydrate sources, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and to monitor portion sizes to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels. Working with a registered dietitian or healthcare professional can help you develop a diabetes management plan that is safe and effective for you. Thanks for your comment!
The marriage of queen Sheba to king Solomon was one of the reasons he fell out with God. God told him not to marry women not from the tribes of Israel. Too much focus on colonialism shows the bias and hatred. Bible was canonized around 300 A.D. How in the world would the ark of convenant be handed over to a son born to an enstraged wife on his first visit to a father he has never met. He never said anything about the authors and authenticity of the books, way to go. We have our Bible for all Christians without being labeled or attached to any nationality. And were are all saved through the blood of Jesus Christ and that's enough
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! While the video’s focus is on nuts and blood sugar management, it’s fascinating to hear your insights on biblical history. We appreciate everyone’s unique perspectives, and we’re here to provide health tips for all. 😊
Golly gee I sure love vague statements about benefits. No need to bother my little brain about actual numerical outcomes versus consumption. Why confuse things by mentioning that the studies are nearly always loosey-goosey with small numbers of subjects and tiny improvements. Cashews are beans by the way. Nuts alone are going to do next to nothing without a total lifestyle and total consumption approach.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! While nuts alone aren’t a magic fix, they can be a helpful part of a balanced diet for managing blood sugar, as shown in studies. This video highlights their potential benefits, but you're absolutely right-overall lifestyle choices matter most. 😊 Also, cashews are technically seeds, not beans. Cheers!
Yes, you can eat eggs for breakfast. It is a good source of protein that can help keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning. You might also consider adding some vegetables or fruit to your meal for additional nutrients and fiber.
Certainly! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is true that cashews are not actually nuts, but are instead classified as a type of legume. Cashews are actually seeds that grow on a fruit called a cashew apple, which is native to northeastern Brazil. Like peanuts, which are also legumes, cashews are a good source of protein, healthy fats, and other nutrients. We appreciate your comment and hope you found this information helpful!

My Naturopath told me pistachios can carry aflatoxin and is cancer related

You left out pecans! In clinical trials, pecans have been shown to improve insulin sensitivity & reduce cardiovascular risk factors. Raw pecans make a perfect snack that, although high in (good) fats, help you feel full with just a handful, an excellent dieting aide.
Thank you for your comment! That's great information about pecans and their potential benefits for people with diabetes. Incorporating a variety of nuts into a balanced diet can provide valuable nutrients and help manage blood sugar levels.

This video is just nuts!

Is using Almond Butter just as good as eating Almonds?
How many piceses we can take everyday &how to eat. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out and we look forward to sharing more information with you!
Can I take all four nuts altogether? Kindly help me giving the correct information and I want to know how many cashew should I take at a time?
Yes, you can mix all four nuts together for variety and health benefits. For cashews, a typical serving is about 1 ounce, which is around 18-20 nuts. Moderation is key, so just a handful at a time is a good start!
I eat every morning 10am 2brazil nuts, two walnuts, 3almonds,and 4apricot kernels. And I feeling fine at 74years old male❤️❤️❤️
Does ordinary peanuts also help
Peanuts can be a healthy snack option for people with diabetes as they are low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats and protein. Peanuts also contain fiber and various vitamins and minerals that can support overall health. However, it's important to choose unsalted peanuts and to monitor portion sizes, as peanuts are also high in calories. If you have diabetes and are considering incorporating peanuts into your diet, it's important to speak with your healthcare professional or registered dietitian to ensure that your dietary choices are safe and effective for you. Thanks for your question!
Where can we buy these kinds nuts

What about almond sprouts?

It's a good idea to work with a registered dietitian who is knowledgeable about both the ketogenic diet and diabetes management to help you create a personalized meal plan that meets your needs and goals.

my diabetes is gone I take benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid 600 will not take metformin and watch my sugar intake sugar is the main cause of cancer or i should say cancer feeds on sugar
Peanuts r not so good but I like peanuts they're d only available
Some say that we should not eat cashews because of the carb content.Does it matter if the almonds are cooked or raw? Thanks.
Raw is always the best form. Roasting can delete some of the important nutrients.
Hello everyone
I read somewhere that we should soak almonds and cashew also walnut in water overnight bit of salt please can you put bit of light on this
@@khalidjamal2968 I can't imagine soaking cashews but I have tried soaking almonds because it gets rid of something, can't remember.

Which nut u consume fr such amazing voice🤔 South india,,,
Nuts are great, but like most people above the age of 40, are going to suffer from 3 conditions, pre diabetes, gout, and kidney issues.
And as hard as you try helping one condition hurts the other...a handful of almonds has oxalate of 400+ mg, that blows you out of the water with your kidneys, you Have too control blood sugar, oxalates, and uric acid damn near impossible.
I have four almonds and four cashews every morning as part of my breakfast.
A serving of THREE ALMONDS?
I eat at least 40 at a sitting.
Try eating only ten a day like for breakfast.
@@dianasandoval4437 is eating more bad for me?

FYI: Brazil nuts contain large amounts of Radon which is a radioactive material. Some varieties of Almonds contain cyanide.
proof pls
I noticed out of all the nuts you didn't say peanuts
Cashews are very high in lectins and almonds are very high in oxalates. If you don't remove the skins on almonds they are high in lectins as well.
Thanks for sharing that information! It's important to be aware of any potential drawbacks or risks associated with the foods we consume. It's always a good idea to practice moderation and balance in our diets.
Macadamia nuts are a no-no for people with diabetes ...
I have sensitivity to Macadamia nuts. Even a small piece makes me vomit to the point of having to go to the ER for rehydration.
@@DiabeticsTalk You should not eat them if you are diabeic, period..
Aren't almonds high in oxalates?
What about peanuts?
always amazes me that the recommended handful of nuts or a tab of chocolate is good enough for you!

I started eating nuts my body is acidic my mouth taste so bitter
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It's possible that the bitter taste in your mouth is related to the acidity of your body, which can be influenced by many factors, including diet. While nuts are generally considered healthy, they do contain some acids that could contribute to acidity in the body.
It's important to listen to your body and pay attention to how different foods make you feel. If you continue to experience a bitter taste in your mouth after eating nuts, you may want to talk to your healthcare provider or a registered dietitian to determine if there are other dietary changes you can make to help manage your symptoms.

Other studies show Pecans! Cashews affect the Thyroid negatively?
Studies suggest that pecans may have a positive impact on blood sugar control, and they are a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber. Cashews, on the other hand, are not known to have a negative impact on the thyroid. However, they are high in oxalates which can cause issues for people with certain health conditions, such as kidney stones.
As with any food, it's important to consume nuts and seeds in moderation as part of a balanced diet. If you have a specific health condition or dietary restriction, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized dietary recommendations.
Really? Cashews have high sugar too
Yes, cashews do contain natural sugars, but they are also a good source of protein, healthy fats, and fiber. As with any food, it's all about moderation and finding the right balance for your individual dietary needs. Thanks for your comment!
Cashews 😢are legumes so are peanuts...not actually classified as a nut
You are correct that cashews and peanuts are technically legumes rather than nuts. However, they are still commonly referred to as nuts due to their similar nutritional profiles and culinary uses.
Cashews and peanuts are good sources of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, making them a nutritious addition to your diet in moderation. If you have a specific health condition or dietary restriction, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized dietary recommendations.
Only pea nuts are not included in the list....
With higher carbohydrates. ? Nobody should be eating high carbohydrates ever!! Especially diabetic people!!

Certainly! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is true that cashews are not actually nuts, but are instead classified as a type of legume. Cashews are actually seeds that grow on a fruit called a cashew apple, which is native to northeastern Brazil.
