Boy this is so much better than main stream tv. No smut, stealin, lying, cheating or murder. Quality programming. No hype. Useful. :)
sojourner1511 i totally agree with u on this
You know you've been watching Ben for a long time when you remember how much that surveillance equipment has been sitting in the bin and you can tell it before Ben. LOL
Hold my beer! Gonna sit back and watch this!
WOW - SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH STUFF !!!!
For the record, mate...I have let this video run - in it's entirety - two complete times this morning. Once (listening) while I cleaned the kitchen and made breakfast and, and once again while I was eating and having coffee. That is some SERIOUS watch time, mate!
Tech Gorilla i reckon he could bring out his own audiobook lol.id listen
I use this video as a way to stay awake because it is so interesting
Keep going Ben, we want to see that hidden garage treasure .
Yes!! I’m still watching the videos to help out with that seatbelt ticket. God bless, my friend. Love your marathons ❤️
I started watching this video on my TV & about ½ way through I watched the rest of the video on my phone. 👍 My daughter & son in law think I'm crazy because I watch you, Poly Prophet & other scrappers, as well as storage locker buyers. 🤔😮 😂 I must say I am a bit obsessed but I do NOT care, I enjoy watching all of you guys! I love you & everyone else I watch everyday. ❤❤❤❤ My daughter loves watching Disney vloggers, travel vloggers, cruise line vloggers, etc. My s-i-l loves watching what he loves to watch, mostly tough guy videos, movies, shows, etc. I don't call them crazy for watching what they enjoy watching. For some reason they think what I watch is crazier than what they watch. 🤔 Maybe they're right. LOL It cracks me up, I love them like crazy anyways. They are good to me & for me. I also want to say, May God Bless you & keep His Hand of Protection Over you and ALL of your loved ones ALWAYS! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
LOL!!!! Best line ever!!! "That's why I chose to be a scrapper and not a repair man!"
How are you moose?
You know what, maybe you could use that motor from the foot massager to drive the wire stripper.
Yep. Ad a foot switch and something to regular the speed. Perfect.
Dear Ben, first and foremost I'd like to say that all kind of your videos work healing on me regardless wheter it's scrapping stuff, pick ups or street scrapping. Keep going. Thank you. I remeber that you told once that you, as all other vloggers, ran out of fresh ideas for videos and I have a couple for you. It's very interesting for me to see what happens with the scrap after you cash it out to scrap yard or large board byuers etc. I understand that it requires to communicate to the people you are dealing with and a bit of their assistance but it would be really interesting to see the next step of the recycled materials for which you invest your time. I watched the American loggers series and there was an amazing episode when they finally decided to trace their wood and logs they deliver to the mill to see what is done with ther raw materials. How they become a planks, beams, bars, future building and furniture materials. They showed how the mill is working, the timber processing machines and equipment. That's would be interesting about recycling too. Wires, metals, boards, CRTs - what happens to them next? How they become something useful. How machines or human work. Where they go? China? Ghana? Woolongong? To know it may be an interesting challenge for you yourself. What do you think?
Hi Ben like your videos regards from Singapore 🇸🇬❤️👏
If heaven exist i want it to look like your backyard - FULL OF THINGS TO SCRAP!!
Outstanding video as always Ben. You are not going to know how to act once your garage is cleaned out! LOL
I don’t know how you do it brother. I scrap on a small scale and I’m very picky about what I take. I am beyond overwhelmed and when I make a small dent it fills back up. Kudos to you my Aussie friend! Keep the great content coming!!
One day you’re gonna build a giant machine with all those motors and stuff and rampage through town.
Alright! I am looking forward to part 4. Something tells me that there will be part 5 as well.
Your doing reat job i love your chikens i love all videos
@eWaste Ben The fat PS3 with the "flap" is one of the early models from 2006/2007. Its one of the 4 models from 16 that has backward compatibility for playing PS1 and PS2 games. It has a resale value even as parts.
I thought you may have given up on RUclips! Glad to see you are still being a nerd sharing his adventures.
👍I saw about the fires on the news sad situation, great video little bit of everything the military boards were nice.👍
Hi Ben I watch and enjoy your videos every day it is awesome to watch what you do I am not a scrapper but enjoy the videos you make keep it up
I'vebeen waiting for this ...time for a cuppa and chill
LazieJane yup Ben is the best for that sometimes I watch him for like 6 hours and then I have to go to work 😂 no sleep

Hi Ben i don't usually comment BUT 40 deg + holy cow. Is about 27 deg here in Nelson NZ and that's hot for this time of year. You put up awesome vid's, i can't wait to see what's in that garage.
🇺🇸Greetings eWaste Ben. 🖐👏🙏🤗✔💯. This is an amazing video. Keep up the great work. We miss your videos, but we know that you're busy. Be safe, healthy &blessed
another good learning video thanks man..
Great video as always!! Just finished it. Had to pause it a couple times for things around the house but definitely looking forward to part 4. Your die hard fans like me would be more then happy watching your day to day pick ups and buying boards or whatever your scrapping that day. Also you always talk about your personal collection I would really enjoy seeing that!! I've watched every video and regularly leave your old videos play while I'm working or as back round noise hopefully that help make RUclips more profitable for you. Thanks again from the USA
You are going to be buying that land with scores like that! Happy for your success Mate!
There's 3 different PS3's because they made 3 different models during the PS3's 11 year lifespan, the fattest one in the middle is the oldest one, the slim model to the left is the newer one and the super slim to the right is the newest one
movie star chicken i bet it is the same one on every video haha
Ben you should consider having a small batch of caustic soda heated on standby when scrapping boards that have gold plating scatted around the board, especial the small ones related to telecom and then also ram sticks. You don’t need to dip the whole board, just about an inch of it to know if the whole board has more gold plating under the solder mask. Small batch, just grading the board itself. When your done with the caustic soda, cool it and dilute it and ph balance it with citric acid Coffee filter out the solder mask then dispose of the water. Wineries use Caustic Soad and Citric Acid for sterilizing tanks, hoses. Pumps and connectors. Use approprite ppe until it’s diluted and from there it goes straight down the drain. Peace 🖖🏼 and great video
Hi Ben!
I was really looking forward to your new video!
Thanks for the upload, and have a nice day! 🍻
love looking at all the scrapping items. New friend Ruthie here
Love the marathon hopefully youre garage fills up again so we can keep watching
Oh man, I would have loved to have that military thing for my workshop.
Its getting cold here in central Florida......brrr. I see you are in shorts and sandles. Lucky you !
Exelente video Ben!
Great Job Ben you’re starting to make it into the garage 😁
It's been a lot of fun watching!! I hope to see you do some copper melts in a couple months or when ever you choose to do it again!!
Have a GREAT Day!!!
Those military grade boards are like precious metals jewelry lol
Another great instalment in the quest to clear out the garage! I hope you'll get it cleared out soon because I love seeing stuff like the wire stripping which you'll hopefully get more to in your work area. Stay safe in that hot Aussie weather!
Great Video Ben can't Wait For Part Four Of The Scrap Marathon Video Happy Thanksgiving Ben And Your Family God Bless.👍👍
Great video i really enjoy these long videos
Awesome video enjoying seeing the progress as each video comes out Thumbs up
Damn RUclips I've been waiting 2 weeks for this video and didn't get a alert.. looking forward to watching
Another great video keep them coming
nice to see U back and as always great instructive video
cheers fox
watching most of your videos I was always waiting for these freaking game consoles! its about time. I also got a vid of u doing a copper melt from a old scrap tv and walking away with a nice big ingot good work now just take video of a giant stack up of ingots all at once like a storage pantry nice and neat.
Ben, the Xbox 360 S has a hard drive in the side of the small vented side panel! This model was a much improved model than the first, having a bigger fan for improved cooling and bigger hard drives that slot in side panel.Never seen that small Playstation 2 before!
I like that wire stripper you have Ben, i have to see what company sell it. Great video, thank you !
XBOX 360 with the 120gb hdd is the ELITE and worth keeping out of all of them, the 360s has a trap door on the bottom that a HDD slips into.
why it is worth keeping? it only has a HD that worth scrapping
Cash is king, love ya vids m8, cheers.
By the way,i go over your past vid"s,they are great reference, i learn lots from them.Thank's Kevin
love these long video's
Outstanding video! Look forward to the next one from Oklahoma!
playstation made slimline in ps2s and ps3s good vid mate love the marathons you do
probably a bit late but for future reference @19:33 the slip ring assembly you cut the wire off of usually has gold contacts in it. Not much, and quality varies from manufacturers of the camera. It allows the camera to rotate a full 360 degrees without the signal wires getting tangled up and knotted
Starting to snow In The Canadian Rocky Mountains Your weather sounds GREAT .
Another idea is a challenge "I need a holiday!" There are a plenty of destinations you can visit for 500 A$ (airtickets from Melbourne) including NZ and Malaysia or other countries in SEA (I made some research). A tough 2 or 3 day street scrapping in single weekend with several scrap yard runs could make up enough for your holiday! It would be as exciting I guess as the AFL finals. Wouldn't it?
Yes, I need a holiday, thinking about thailand
@@eWasteBen There is a lot of places off the beaten track. No tourists. Local life. Just as you love.
@@eWasteBen I keep PS2 is this your choice
@@eWasteBen don't do it collectors games you need to let go don't say it games collectors so please I might I keep game console don't say it no more you you talk about wrong things you said own choice you said talk about you said own different things This is my things is my console games alarm please don't talk about that my boss you need all things boss this why Karma
@@eWasteBen you said don't touch does this just me truck games collectors,
The big bulky shiny scratched PS3 original is the one that's worth the most, it's the only one with built in hardware for backwards compatibility all the way back to PS1 games. It was replaced because of the super small 80GB hdd, the later versions have a larger hard drive but lost backwards compatibility. The PS3 slim (smallest one) was the last model to be released but also the least valuable. of the three. Cheers Ben.
You’re be all day picking up off the floor you need a couple more of those orange bins
Love these videos super satisfying 🤙🤙
What are you doing with all the batteries you take off the circuitboards and the microwave transformers? And how do you seperate the copper from the stackers? Lots of questions, but I'm stacking these things up as well. Just curious what would be the best way to clear these out. :)
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!....Ben (get it) waiting' for this one!!!
how about behind the garage...???still waiting for that...anyway.. nice one Ben..thanks for uploading.
on the the ps3s the gloss paint ones are the first ones that came out then the flat black ones are the second version and that small one is a slim version
Great video Ben. Say, its coming to the end of the year! No holiday trip this time? Cheers!
1.A lighter drill goes very far.
2.You should hire someone to sort for you
3.Love your videos
At 1:31:45 when you said that the hard drive had been taken out of the PS2... the more likely scenario is that it never had one.
Those machines were about $200 USD when it first came out, and to the best of my knowledge, there was only 2 situations in which someone would absolutely need a hard drive, which was a somewhat expensive add-on back in '05:
1) if you wanted to play Final Fantasy 11 (online only game) since it was too big to fit on a PS2 DVD.
2) If you wanted to do a bit of (legal) hardware hacking and turn your PS2 into a Linux PC, there was a kit you could buy to do that.
Every game (other than FF 11) was optimized well enough to fit on a standard DVD disc, and the save files generally only needed a small portion of a fairly inexpensive 8 MB memory card, so hard drives being included with the PS2 was seen as an unnecessary expense.
There goes my morning...
👍
Shark Scrapper you gotta be intellectual and do it In The middle of the night like me 👍
That Xbox has been arpart before an had the X-Clamps replaced with proper screws/washers. Those X-Clamps are why so many of those red ringed. People like me made a FORTUNE replacing those clamps. At one point I could strip one down, fix it, put it back together in like 15-20 min
x 360s gaming experience, with a leaner profile, more ports, plenty of storage space and built-in Wi-Fi that makes it easier for you to enjoy Xbox LIVE games, HD movies, streaming TV and more.
The big chunky PS3 model is the most sought after because of its cross compatibility: it can play PS1, PS2, and PS3 disks. $$$
Small PS3 marketed as PS3 Slimline, just being more compact. The middle size is the newer model but isn't cross compatible along with the slimline model i believe.
I think you should scrap out that old scale.
Ben, is that recycling and scrapping your main job or do you have another job?
Fuck yeah, love the scrapping videos.
2:00:00 you just found yourself a good use for that fit thing motor! use it to power your wire striper lol
Ben. Standard ic chips operate at temperatures from 0 deg C to +70 deg C
Mil ceramic chips operate from -55 deg C to plus 125 deg C
Ben your chicken are talking to ya while you scarp
i know i,ve seen this a year late but if you get another it may come in handy for making your own furnesses for shaking the concrete in every corrner
With the play station 3's there is an original model which is hard to come by which has the PS2 emulation and can be worth a bit of money
Damn. Seeing those PS3 go to scrap is sad. If only I lived in Australia I would buy them all!
The middle ps3 is called the fat ps3 the left ones are the slim model and in the right are the ps3 super slim
The small play station 3 is the slimline
The march to 100k
Love the vids bro. Keeping me sane. I do however have a question. So I was at work today and I found a 9 carat gold bracelet and I'm not sure what to do with it. Help
That's a good chunk of money. $3000 for the boards and $3900 for the monitors and lap tops....oh and $0.003 from me watching your video. Scrap marathons pay off.
You would be making a bronze alloy if you melted that
You should give classes on how to scrap equipment out. Only one of two paying students every six months. Free help for you a couple days a week. The students get to learn from one of the best scrapers around. Everybody wins. Just a thought, I would pay good money to learn from you!
congratulations a question i would like to ask you, is there a factory somewhere overseas ... where to recycle gold? i've been collecting boards, palladium silver, platinum and gold on phones but unfortunately there is no factory here in Greece to build it eight hundred years back both in work and in health, thank you
How do you got so much electronic waste and where do you get it?
Nice
If buying ram sticks in bulk what should you expect to pay?
I hear your hens under you lol
Try doing a live stream at some point, ya bleddy kangaroo ;).
Save you some editing mate, and people and drop in and out, while having a chat. You'd be able to do one on ya phone.
Get into the garage. Exited for gold recovery stuff.
Keep it up.
Seberous yea it’s satisfying jist watching him get stuff binned and sorted in his garage.
I found that some of the newer smart tvs are better than regular LCD
I would suspect the silver color is actually tin, coated to keep it from oxidizing. Great boards though!!
2GB and 4GB sticks of DDR2 is still sought after
Haha I think your chicken needs a little attention, that's hilarious, animals are so cool. You don't mind if I pass through all over your material do lol.I take it she is domesticated somewhat huh?
He needs to start striping the wire and melting the metal I feel like it would be worth it with the copper at least
