Every Day I'm more on the side that thinks this game was made to test a First Person SnowDrop build for the Next FarCry...
it took them how many months and you only get 5 hours of gameplay and the gameplay is the same crap as before take out bases the only thing different is the story wow talk about dropping the ball. the game looks amazing graphically if they would add new mechanics and different things to do other than raid and take down strongholds it would be a pretty good game but the current gameplay loop is boring. its the same thing people done in the main story of the game.
I mean is any other open world game any different? The way I see it is this game is to mainly play as a story game, they also have to stick to being Canon to the movies, the most they could really add as far as weapons go is a melee dagger and hunting bows that have like an x formation for the bow part, those are canon to Avatar, a general weapons expansion with like, more damage effects would be cool as well tho, the other thing people ask for is new mounts but unless we get a sea people expansion then I don't see that happening, everyone wants a thanator but that isn't a common occurrence within the world of Avatar, like Na'vi don't just go and hop on them and tame them like a ikran, Eywa made one come to neytiri, I imagine the same would have to be done in this game which would also call for a dire situation and would probably only be for the time of a mission, I could see the same thing being done with stormgliders where you can hop on one, possibly freely with it, you could maybe get a title for it that would be like, halfway the level of importance as Toruk Maktow, but yeah, that's as far as I can think with the thought of what they could add, to be fair there's not much on pandora to behin with, in the movies the rda are literally just comprised of bases and patrol units, they couldxve done a few like, hostage missions I guess tho, possible missions that force you to sneak instead of straight up clearing out the entire base
Been a minute since I played but I'm pretty sure we didn't get a single cut scene with our character in it in the main quest of the game. So I love that the dlc opens with one ❤ I didn't put a lot of effort into my characters appearance in my play through because there was no point hopefully there are more character cut scenes in the dlc
Feel like The Bitter End mission is glitched. Can’t do anything after I defeat the RDA in that spot

no it isn't its there same thing as the base game there nothing new besides the story you are doing the same thing as you was in the base game they didn't add nothing new or anything just a reskinned biome that's it. if you played the base game you played the dlc.

I just want to say thank you. I'm planning on finally getting the season pass next month for Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, and now I get to see what the first dlc is like before I make the $40 commitment.

I want to stick at the DLC, but it’s just the Plains with boosted levels. That would be ok, if there were new ways to gather, but I’m just gathering in the exact same way I always have to boost my stats. I don’t really care about watching numbers go up, I already maxed my vanilla ones, I just want stuff that does something different but I guess this expansion ain’t it.
not to mention the game play is still the same go and take out bases until the game is beat. if you played the base game you played the dlc. nothing new or interesting.
They won’t even sell 500 copies of this dlc. The game is too boring nothing can fix it. 2 enemy types the entire game and 3 weapons

all you do is take out strongholds the whole base game and they drop dlc and it is 5 more hours of the same crap they didn't add anything new to the game. they just finished the game off with this they was very lazy with this dlc.
