Thanks mate, over here in Australia those cars are called the Mitsubishi 380 & they went out of production in 2008 but they are identical in a lot of ways.
thanks. I'm doing my mom's car this week. my part from NAPA cost me $115. Probably should've shopped around. I have a car-hauler trailer. Working at waist-high level to better see and reach bolts a bit easier, and it is safer physically on your back, knees and eyes. I'd recommend also alignment, afterwards, in my case...mom's car is already up on the trailer. That alignment will cost roughly $100. Hopefully when finally repair
Hi there i have mitsubishi Galant 2008 model, am having problem of some sound from the front left suspension while driving on cracked roads not while breaking. Can you give your suggestion, I visited a mechanic but i feel that he is cheating with the quote.
I’ve done this almost 3 times now and each one keeps going bad is there any advice? What other component would constantly cause a ball joint to go bad?
My girlfriend drives a 2004 Mitsubishi Diamante, she needs a new control arm but I cannot find one anywhere, nor can I find any videos on how to repair it. I'm by no means a mechanic.. ugh.. I hope I can get this figured out...
the best part of this video was seeing you spend time with your assistant (daughter) - thx for the detailed video
Who can thumb down a car video featuring such an adorable kid
I have an 05 Galant GTS and it's tough to find any repair info on it so these are super helpful. Keep them coming!
Great video. You’ve given me the confidence to do this job myself
Excellent video! This will help you with a 4G Eclipse (2006-2012), which uses the same lower control arm & assembly. Many thanks!

Removal of the bolts is never that easy.. fatigue, frustration, cursing is inevitable.. 😏 informative video tho!
