The depose figurines from France can sell from $15 to several hundred dollars so you might want to look them up to see if you have any of the pricey ones. Nice haul. You should make your money back easily and make a nice profit.
The puts houses and swung vase will bring you more on eBay than at the flea market. You scored well on this unit, if you have the patience to list for long tail sales, you’ll really do well.

The declaration of independence you found is a souvenir of the Bicentennial. I bought one as a kid in Philadelphia in 1976. After packing up a friend after a divorce and having to vacate the house on a deadline I’d say that’s an emotional pack job after a breakup. My friend packed EVERYTHING. It’s like all the emotions turned her into a hoarder and nothing was gotten rid of. It’s all neatly stacked in boxes in a storage unit.

The swung glass vase should sell for $150-$200 easily. Blue is a desirable color. The other vase appeared to be a cased glass vase, it could be worth about the same depending on age, condition and maker. I’d run those vases by Gemini Thrift, she will be able to help value them. The blue stretch glass vase is gorgeous! The color is called bluenique, it's likely Viking glass. They're going for a pretty penny these days, upwards of near $1000, in some antique shops and online selling sites.

I just saw something on YT, or TV, where someone collected hot sauce. The bottles were shelved about 8" from ceiling, circling the giant kitchen and all the bottles were touching in row.or only1/4" apart. I didn't know there were so many brands.
The item you called a mail box is a scoop. No holes to hang it up on a wall. The horses and seat, the horse races where there is a rider on a seat, is what that reminds me of.

My grandpa had a short stool like the one you found. He called it a milking stool. All of us grandkids used it when we "helped" grandpa milk the cow.
A few years back I bought someone's collection of hot sauces. Instead of selling them I decided to use them. Never heard of hot sauce going bad.
Spicy sauces have vitamin A or acids, I heard and this maintains shelf life longer than other products.
Most hot sauce is made with vinegar & won’t spoil if not opened
