In terms of crime it's the same stuff just a less of it, lots of weed too. If you like weed Pudsey's the place rn. It feels a lot friendlier at night than Armley or Bramley tbh. The riots in Harehills were contained to one or two small estates too people just made it out to be a lot bigger than it actually was.

To be fair as a resident of Chapeltown there's not that much crime in the area. It is quite a safe area. The crimes that do happen just happen to be extremely violent when it does happen.

We moved in '77 to the otherside of Leeds, Osmondthorpe/Halton Moor and I lived in that area until around 2004 when I left Leeds for good.
