Lock up item? I have yet to see that in Europe. My first thought was oh.. what a good idea if there's a earthquake. That saves on cleanup. 😆 Me thinking again. 😆 🤣 😂

I was told it’s because homeless people have been stealing them. Which makes absolutely no sense. If I was homeless any shampoo would do.

@@j.maxeus It’s not the homeless it’s the drug addicts. They resell it to support their habit but the homeless get blamed bc ofc most addicts end up homeless but there’s a difference. Like you said, homeless don’t give 2 shits about a shampoo brand as long as they have some shampoo but addicts take actual “orders” & go steal it then sell it for barely Pennie’s to the dollar.
