The layout is fantastic. Looks very spacious and well made. Every stance is spacious and you can walk in. Really is a beautiful place to live. Lots of space and storage.

I really like this one, I think the lack of OHC really works at the entrance and I snorted when he mentioned the Elvis lamp being taken away by an ex-girlfriend XD Very nice!

    Great tour.
    Very nice bus
I have the same aqua hot.
I replaced the water mixing valve. It sits under the burner.
It was incrusted with rust, calcium deposits.
I also turned the valve setting open about 25% and wowwww.
    Full time hot water now.
    Thanks for the tour.

Love it! Great presentation. This is why I want a Prevost for my wife and I.
I have yet to find a poor Prevost conversion company. Sure, some do this and that, but they're all special.

Sorry, I'm pausing and commenting as I watch.
    1. Open look and feel. Yes! I love it. Especially because I don't want to deal with slides. I'm 60 and I'm old school when it comes to certain things and coaches fall into that realm.
    2. I come from boats. I love products that are over-built. Built to service life. Not eye candy and doo-dads. Therefore, I feel that all coach builders should build to yacht standards. Prevost conversions, for the most part, are built this way.
    3. The solid countertop with the built in drip tray is fantastic. Why load up the dishwasher if you just have a few things that you tend to use daily? Now the trick is to get my wife to adopt that! She will. She did it on our 43' cruiser.
On the switch panel. I just heard today that some builders are returning to them vs the 100% touchscreens. Give me switches!
Edit: While I'm all about classics, I'm all for RVs and solar. I will max out on solar and go lithium/ion as the bank account allows.
Fridge: Laughing! Wife and I are with you! French fridge all the way. However, I will never discard something that works, just for the sake of style.

Prevost coaches hold up well , for someone that is single its great plenty of space . Only thing I would worry about is parts , can you still get parts . Those old Detroit motors were good motors , don't know if any mechanics even know how to work on the mechanical engines anymore . Everyone plugs into ECM to trouble shoot , l guess you can always put in a 2004 Detroit 12.7 with a new wiring harness if you wanted to . If it runs good I guess leave it a lone , sure he knows people that can work on it . Great coach really nice shape l like it a lot .

Thank you, Frankyboy290, for your kind words. Obtaining chassis parts hasn't been an issue. Conversion parts require resoursefulness. The Series 60 Detroits will not fit in this year model chassis. Prevost redesigned the rear of the coach to accommodate the S-60 beginning with the 1994/1995 model year XLs.

@@rjlong1025 I just purchased a prevost vogue that had no manuals. In this video you taught me s much about my coach!!! especially in the bays, never knew the squirrel cage creates a pressurized environment!

ive had no problems with parts or know how. 8V92 is a simple engine....no big deal for those who are DIY'rs

I see you have two Vanner equalizers are they in parallel?

    • @gruponemesis
      @gruponemesis 9 месяцев назад

I wouldnt call it paralle(but I suppose it is)l....My coach has same configuration...one is a backup. It keeps the 12v batts charged up and 24v config charged up on chassis only

What kind of mileage do you get with your beautiful coach.also do you have any problems with the 8v92. I have one trying to deside whether to get it back on the road concerned if I can afford it now I have retired. Thanks u

They are not cheap to re build.
      But bullet proof after remanufactured.

Coach averages 6 mpg, which is pretty darned good for a one bedroom condo on wheels!
The 8V92T killer is heat, so you must pay attention to the temperature gauge, especially in the mountains.
