Just got a mk7 after owning a mk5 rabbit for almost 7 years. Love it so far and the videos are great. So right about the options out there this really helps narrow things down lol
Thank you man!! And you absolutely can it’s just recommended that you do run a tune with the DSG tune. If you don’t run it, it’s safe to put your tune on a low torque file to save your DSG. That’s what I did and it shifted fine, on a high torque file it was freaking out and extremely delayed. Hope this helps! 🤙🤙
Of course man, thank you for commenting! When you go to install the files on the Cobb device you will see options like stage 1 93 octane high torque and stage 1 93 low torque. You can scroll through and select the one you want. It’s the same for IE, and Unitronic. Every stage gives you multiple files to choose from including torque files and octane levels. So that should help you when going to install the file you want! If you end up doing the DSG tune, you can go back in and switch it to a high torque file very easily.
Haha I have a 2017 Autobahn so that radio came factory. 2016-17 had those radios with Apple CarPlay and the 15’s had the smaller radio without it. I believe you can find these radios online though for about $500 and they fit perfectly in the 2015’s!
Haha I love that! These are factory wheels from a 2017 Porsche Macan Turbo. I don’t think they have a specific name. I just searched up Porsche wheels 5x112 18” and these were one of the options. Porsche macans are the only Porsches to have 5x112 lug patterns, so that should narrow down the search while looking for these. Hope this helps! 🤙
Most likely not but another GTI is coming to the channel shortly. I will most likely either be buying a Golf R or Audi RS3 for the next build on the channel, so stay tuned I’ll keep everyone updated! 🤙
Hopefully you see this, would you say the apr intake needs an aftermarket intake pipe? Does it make much difference to the sound? I’m not sure if it’s worth buying one separate as it doesn’t come with one.
