Cute little boat. Tutorial was a bit "tricky" at times but not to hard to follow as long as paying close attention. Only suggestion I will give is possibly be a bit more specific at times what items are being used. For the most part it was not to difficult to follow but at times I had to research over and over to catch what was needed. Boat is gorgeous in the end for sure.

I took my own little swing on it and placed my boat in the desert where a river is. I just swapped the color palette so that it could fit in, but otherwise it was a really great tutorial. 🥰

Are your trapdoors on the right block? You can test this if you try to attach the ladders from the other side, if it works then you have them on the wrong block. They should be in front of the dark oak stair and not beside the mangrove roots block.

I know it's been 3 months but hopefully this is a helpful tip. If you need to place on a trap door, side of a barrel or chest, if you press shift you should be able to place it then.

Aw only thing that sucks is in bedrock edition on Xbox you can’t put ladders on top of trap doors :( but that’s not your fault! I love this build

what are the measurements of the whole structure
How do you place a spruce trapdoor on the barrels?
It only works while sneaking, so if you didn't change your controls then it is by pressing Shift.
What is the things that you put on the end of the boat and then put a lantern on?
Do you mean at 2:03? Those are mangrove trapdoors.
