great gameplay maybe try thinking about exactly what you want to say before you record not strictly scripting but have a vague concept of what you want to say as at the moment your video is virtually unwatchable due to your rambling an inane commentary
I really didn't want to sound dickish honestly I have very similar problems in front of the microphone and I find having a list of bullet points helps o guide me and keeps me on target an keeps everything sharp an to the point. Good luck an hope it works out but your gameplay editing skills are pretty good it might help if you did the commentary post production until your more used to speaking at the same time as it's so easy to get distracted
