This is why I don’t touch anything underground. My insurance also isn’t for “plumbing” which is what anything underground is considered (in my state at least). I’m only covered for gutter cleaning maintenance not repairs, so I don’t even offer minor repairs anymore
Brand New, just purchased in November. I put the hydrojet down the drain in June, but never found the exit point. We put 100 gallons down the drain with no backup and called it a day. Not so much... I should have used the camera to start with. This has only caused issues during very heavy downpours twice since they bought the house.
@@washprosplus The client will be adressing the improperly pitched drainage pipes with the builder. It's pretty much a brand new home, and i believe they have a warranty.
@@washprosplus not when I left. This was a follow up from June when I hydrojetted the pipe that was backing up again. I then installed gutter guards, so there should have been no new debris to clog it. They were not happy with the original results because the drain was backing up again.
