No argument there. Check out the version they did on the Stern show with Nuno Bettencourt playing. I prefer Navarro but that version is absolutely killer too.
I dunno man. Jane's is legendary. Changed the entire face of alternative music with 2 monumental albums. They get cited as pioneers all the time...which they are

Mike Fellows check out the clip of the original band performing it in 1990. Perry's vocals on it are out of this world! the drumming is really good as well. one of the most 'nailed it' live clips I've ever seen
@@gitarzan99 all i can find is live on howard stern 2007 and it was perry plus house band, not the original.. and definitely isn't anywhere near as good. got a link?
@@HeckTo I respec' Mr Holland and his music, but honestly Mr Salad, nobody wants to listen to a nu-metal (esq) track with that bloke off Squeeze, channelling the ghost of Tuts Washington.
God I love this band. Always have. So don’t kill me for saying they just aren’t the same live without Eric. Considering he wrote the vast majority of their music before their 91 breakup, it’s really not a stretch to say. With him, they were unfuckingbelievable. But that’s just one fan’s opinion.
Something about this song. It is truly a song in transition. From an old sound to something new during the year of its release. Then it stays there. Permanently. This live version doesn't do its justice, you gotta listen to the recording version and imagine the clothing style that came with it during that era.
Listen to the 1990 live been caught stealing. You can see how much he struggles here Gareth from the UK office looks good on bass - looks a bit more filled out.
That was almost cool as the original recorded version , but I enjoyed this more Why Bruce Willis playing in Janes addiction?Haha lol!!!! Thanks to GTA SA i got to know this awesome song

This some of the greatest guitar work I've ever seen. Been playing for 30+ years and have seen Jane's many times. Navarro is killer

One of my all time fave rock tracks. Love the attitude, super cool
They’re all so tight. It’s like they’ve played that before
This is hands down the best live version I've ever heard them play. They all brought their A game.
And their gear!

Well, they did break up, right at their peak. So, yeah, a little underrated, even still I think? Wrongly so. They should have been the Nirvana.
Never get tierd of seeing this video... what a song!
Bass is killer ! Top shelf
Perfection, what a band
He seems the healthiest and filled out I've ever seen him. Wish them all well :) What an awakening musically for me. Watermelon up the dress n all.
