Hello Jacob 😊 Wow, what a spectacular home 🏡 I like the landscaping and water features. This place is so very unique, so many special touches!! I love all of the marble!! I notice the small things and I just adore the black and white tea kettle that was on the stove, lol, it's just so cute. So many things to appreciate!! The backyard oasis is awesome and the artwork is so unique!! The master bedroom is amazing and the bathrooms are gorgeous!! Thank you for another fantastic tour 👍 keep up the great work!!

wow! another incredible property with amazing features..i've never seen a house with its own photo booth..and who would have thought to place a barbecue area next to the movie room..i also love those huge walk in closets in every bedroom, if i have a huge walk in closet, i will surely buy more stuff to fill in that closet.😁😁.absolutely amazing..

If the house last week was already Amazing that I've seen...This one was Another incredible Beautiful home. So many nice things in this property that definitely made me say "wow"... Jacob this house is such a beauty. I like the beautiful plant life and that entrance is so cool with all the water features. I also like the flow all around, very spacious. The backyard is also beautiful with the pool and along with the hot tub, nice place to relax and Entertain when u got guest its great! Another cool feature was that Movie Theater with add BBQ section. This house is 10/10 IMO. I don't know if this house missing anything else, I think this is perfect! Way to hook me with cool water features right from the start! What a unique house. Definitely was not expecting a photo room lol. Gorgeous details throughout. The melting lollipop was a nice touch too! The theater was great since you can get tons of natural light when you want to use the room for non-cinema activities. This has become my favorite home you have shown so far! To bad there is no floor chart............I am so confused on accessing the Main Bedroom. Meaning, if you attempt to access it from the 2nd floor, you have to go through the Movie Room? The endless amount of outdoors balcony/verandas is the BEST PART! Only downfall , to many mirrors. Mirrors will reflect the age of the home over time. Other than that. I think it is a steal for 12 million. When was it build? Who is the builder?

For every cool/innovative thing, there's an offsetting stupid/tacky one. TV room with blackout shade/blackout shade doesn't cover glass door next to screen, awesome Master Suite/tacky 70's overdone mirrors everywhere. As great as this house is, that god-awful 1st floor bathroom looks like something out of Logan's Run, and the photo booth is an asinine waste of space. I can't decide if I'm impressed or irritated.
