I think more than the house, I like these guys' personalities. They have vibes for sure!! ha ha ha ha I LOVE hancock park! I used to take my walks there. I actually lived next door in k-town and would walk to Hancock Park and look at the beautiful real estate. I pray I will soon become a client of these two gentlemen and get me my very desired Hancock Park house! I also love the bits of extra information that they give about the laws regarding knocking down and rebuilding in Hancock Park. Also I wonder if the tennis court can be replaced with a mini gulf course? The house while beautiful is a bit too generically modern for my taste given the fact that hancock park has beautiful old architecture. I prefer the "old money" style homes and decor. The whole imported from Italy thing will fly for those who don't travel much. As someone that lives in Europe, trust me it's not that great. we have it way better in the states . ha ha ha ha! Anyway, great job guys! God bless!

Nice house but doesn't fit in Hancock Park. Also, the home that was built by the same architect in Calabasas is nicer.

Yeah and for that assine price you get to hear your neighbors on both sides break wind, what their favorite songs and TV shows are. Why would anyone with that much money want to be subjected to annoying neighbors?? Talk about reach out and touch someone, this home is a prime example of that.

Hancock Park has always been admired for its lovely old classic Los Angeles homes with beautiful lawns and landscaping. This generic "modern" abomination
does not belong in this neighborhood. There is nothing about this house that sets it apart except that it is overpriced and built to make megabucks for the developer.
Agreed, doesn't fit in at all with houses that are 100 plus years old...
LOL! I'm sure you're an architectural expert. Your taste is also suspect because the house is stunning. You don't like modern, fine. Next time do everyone a favor and simply not post.

Despite enjoying the content from your channel quite often - Let’s be honest:
The house is too much. When you mention Hancock Park, I was excited to view.
There is nothing about the home that gives it a feeling of lux other than it being “very shiny” (over-the-top). Though it is obvious that a lot of work went into the home… I do think they did not build in the sense that luxury needs a softer approach and a feeling of comfort.
I absolutely enjoyed the engineered deck, space in the guest house, and some of the mentioned layouts of communal spaces. But once you stated “until you have kids/family” while in the kitchen… I can see whoever would purchase would move and/or redesign.
Not one of the best that you have shown and the price point is interesting. Love the neighborhood and have been waiting for a home there that moves towards the times.
Just an opinion…. But respect to your drive for perfection and seeing you both together.

You asked what I think....Sorry guys, OVERPRICED and buyers are NOT interested in paying the highest price for homes in an area, so that implies with this video you're really talking to potential sellers not buyers to get other new listings because sellers are looking to get the highest price. The last thing you want as a buyer or seller right now is the most expensive house in an area because as everybody knows interest rates are set to explode to cool government caused extremely high and climbing economic inflation and prices will drop to offset new much higher interest rate skyrocketing payments as the cool top of the heap home becomes a white elephant. Even though the buyer of this home is probably a cash buyer he is still affected by the rising payments on surrounding homes which will cool their prices and his own as well.
"custom" and "imported from Italy". Repeating those lines is literally the point of buying this house. That, and then trying to sell it for more money to some other lost soul with too much money, in an endless game of hot potato, until the last sucker gets stuck with his custom imported from Italy stuff and a pile of debt. Then files for bankruptcy and then the cycle begins again...
For this money I do not want neighbors...

I can actually afford this home, and would buy it in a heartbeat. Really would! That said, NO WAY I would buy in CA. One of two of the most liberal states in the US? Having to listen to Newsome? Pelosi a few cities over? I’d rather play in traffic.
