Just got mine. It’s amazing. Surprisingly pretty, definitely less fuzzy than some fuzzes but it’s awesome. Stacks perfectly with a benson preamp. My octahive is staying on the board but they play so well together.
Edit: I’ve not seen this channel before. HOLY HELL you can play my friend. You can really really play.

Great demo thank you. It would have been good to hear the fuzz after the Protein too - it seemed to get lost once the OD was turned on and I could only really hear the Protein then. But, really lovey sounds.

I'm really excited for this pedal , I've always wanted a germanium fuzz with out the issues especially living here in Australia when it can get to like 42 degrees
On outdoor gigs it has been a blessing !!
This was also solved with the Foxrox CC2 Hybrid. Though this pedal is kinda cool if you don’t have a CC2 Hybrid.

Sounds great. I’ve yet to see a demo of somebody using a blowdrier to see whether it really adjusts automatically to sudden high temperature conditions as tou would find somerimes when playing outside under the sun.
I find this very odd but I kinda want to take a blow dryer to my fuzz.
Check out the video posted by Sasha Ivantic. He literally took a heat gun to the pedal and it never flinched!
Well, it solves every problem apart from being twice as large as many other germanium pedals. Nice demo though.

How much volume does this pedal have on tap? Fuzz is by far my favorite effect and I absolutely adore a properly made fuzz face style fuzz, but another big issue fuzz faces can have is cutting through a mix

Have you tried or heard of "The Sun Dial" by Hubcap John pedals? I really think you'd like it. It's a fuzz face clone.

a technical question. Do I get the same functions as the Benson Germanium Boost (green pedal) by setting the Benson germanium fuzz as a clean boost?

which of the benson germanium fuzz or the kingtone miniGE do you prefer?
You're killing me with this one.. haha very very very tough choice. The Kingtone has more tonal """"options"""" with the switch, but is heavily affected by outside factors due to its very vintage nature. If I had a gun to my head I'd go with the benson solely because of how care-free it is. Throw it anywhere on your pedal board and it is going to sound the same
What other fuzzes are good for glassy cleans (volume knob roll off) and low-mid gain crunch? Would you say this is the best one for that?
Hello! I don't think this is even close to being the best at cleaning up.. Isle of Tone Haze 67 is the best that I've ever tried. The fuzz in the triple.trouble by sabbadius (my newest video), kingtone GE mini fuzz etc.. those are all other examples

Buffer after fuzz? You meant buffer before fuzz? Every pedal have some sort of buffer when ON, so if no buffer after fuzz, that means no pedals after a fuzz pedal? Makes no sense.
I have no idea what part of the video you’re referring to. For me, Buffers AFTER fuzz, always. In fact EVERY THING after fuzz. Fuzz first, always.
@@BuddyBlues Yes, that is what I meant. In the intro you say no buffer behind fuzz. Behind is after. As I wrote, that makes no sense. Of course you can have buffers behind a fuzz, so why tell don't do that to the loving public?
