I love the entire series. I wish it was a little more thought out and didn't change directions so much but I really liked season 1 but I truly think it found it's footing in the shortened season 3
I also bought that same set of Seaquest and the complete series of a Town Called Eureka, also put out by Mediumrare, and it also has missing episodes, I guess that company it just really lazy.

Ive since upgraded to the German Blu Ray release by Kochmedia of SeaQuest which has all the episodes, thanks for the tip on the Eureka set.
