There is no question in my mind which artist I most admire. You are an amazing teacher. Thank you once again! I can only dream I will ever be a fraction as good at this art that you are.
I watch several different artists on RUclips and each has their own methods and style. I enjoy seeing “loose” and impressionistic work but my favourite is the more realistic detailed work. I really love how Anna paints and her voice is very soothing as well. I believe her style matches my style of what I enjoy the most. ❤
Beautiful work beautifully explained. Most RUclips artists seem to be stingy with information. You give us everything we need. Thank you ❤
Thank you - interesting! Ive heard a similar comment before and I am curious - may I ask what you mean specifically and what should be doing more of? Sharing more details about? I’d love to keep improving my videos but sometimes I feel like I am getting into the weeds and maybe boring the audience 😊 I always appreciate your feedback!
@AnnaBucciarelli You're never boring! I see no need for improvement. You give all ❤️
You make it look so easy Anna! Thanks for sharing!
💚💚💚💚💚
An Anna Bucciarelli video is a lovely way to start the day. Thank you!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! ❤️
I love how you paint leaves. It would be awesome if you made a tutorial of a wreath showcasing all the different types of leaves and greenery you have mastered.
It looks so easy & clear when I watch you paint! So… easy but, it’s not ( at least for me ) yet. Thanks
❤ ahhhh lovely, tea and breakfast and watching Anna paint. Thank you for all these growth in your art tips. I also admire that you use expensive sketchbooks to practice too. I understand “why?” I just need t get past the “ too precious to mess it up” stage 😂😂😂. Always inspiring. Thank you for this one.
Just want to point out that a sketchbook isn’t necessary, just the willingness to use your paper. When I was starting out I bought arches 9x12 pads because they were easy to find and pretty affordable (I was paying $15 per pad). Then I split each page into two 6x9 sheets and used those to understand my paints and the materials I wanted to use. I went through half a dozen of those pads during the pandemic and it was money well spent.
Absolutely! Studies, sketching can be done on any paper - doing it on 💯 cotton is the right approach! 👌
How can I pay for patrion with credit card or how?
That's the way to do it, the right attitude, even a notebook would help your drawing skills, it isn't just the paper but the daily habit of sketching.
This past Christmas I realized I had never thought to paint or draw holly leaves so this video is perfect. The color combos in the two foreground leaves under your bird are lovely. Tip number four is super important... hopefully I will implement this in my sketchbook like I plan.
Even your practice pieces are stunning 😍 you're definitely my favourite watercolour painter here on you tube. All you're work is so beautiful, just the perfect style and technique for these types of subjects. ❤❤❤
I’m studying your skills for sure! I love the way you paint!❤❤❤❤
Thank you for all the information that you provide, I am now taking my time and experimenting with colors, thanks to you❤
Yay! New video time!! 😊 Happy New Year Anna! ❤
Happy New Year to you too! 😊❤️
I too enjoy Kanta and her pouring techniques. 😊
Absolutely amazing right? 👌😍
Great tips for using a sketch book for skill development. Thanks
This is just the video I need. Thanks
Rule no. 5 really speaks to me… and I super love your art therefore I really study your videos here…. Happy New Year 🎊
Great instruction! I just discovered your book available for pre-sale on Amazon!
Anna awesome video, so well explained, informative and relaxing to watch. You are an inspiration to paint. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I learn so much from you ❤
Thank you Hilda! Happy new year! 🎄💖👌
Muito lindo! 👏👏
Amazing...Thank You !!!❤
Great video packed with helpful information!! Thank you!!! Does the sketchbook paper not buckle as you add paint?
Thank you! Not at all - this is 140 lb pure cotton - and the reason why I adore @Etchr sketch books ❤️👌
@AnnaBucciarelli thank you for replying!! That's helpful to know!
😍
Thank you for your quick respond can you tell me how I can pay for petreon
This is beautiful, but I cannot draw or sketch to save my life! Where do I start?
Great question. Drawing and painting are two distinct skills - no need to overwhelm yourself with both practices at once if you don’t feel like it 😊I would say - transfer the outlines if you want to focus on improving your watercolor technique more. That’s what I used to do before becoming more comfortable with my pencil.
What is your opinion of bamboo paper, please?
I haven’t had a chance to try this type of paper yet (still working through my arches reserves from last year) is the a particular brand you tried that you would recommend?
@@AnnaBucciarelli I am just trying it now but have not applied watercolours yet. Only doing line drawings. I really like it but only a watercolour test will determine it's value.
Can you tell me when you will have this drawing on Patreon?
The outline of the larger composition with this bird is already on PATREON, full tutorial will be posted on Wednesday 😊
