I had same issues, same Parts shotgun, Ended up finding the lower sprayer bar had split along the sonic weld and was sending water sideways at such pressure to overcome the door gasket/pan lip.

Very straight forward. I replaced both door gasket and lower door seal. Could not get springs to full tension, one slot short. Now I have a small drip at right front door corner! Would improper spring tension cause this?

I've got a Whirlpool model DU920PWKT0. It doesn't appear to have a lower door seal. I've inspected the schematics I found online and I just don't see one. The problem I'm having is water is splashing out of the lower part of the door, where I'd expect a door seal to be. I read somewhere that it might be a loose lower washer arm assembly that's spraying water and creating waves and causing water to splash out. The assembly appears sound, if only a little loose. (I'm trying to figure that out, too). But, if there's supposed to be a lower door seal to prevent gushing water, I'd love to know so I can buy a new one. Thanks all for any advice.

Curious. why remove the seal prior to removing the door? And why not replace seal BEFORE reinstalling the door? would seem to be much easier to do with the door off the dishwasher where you have more visibility & maneuverability.
Also, other posts reference use of silicone sealer, but it is not addressed here. Is that what is used to secure the seal to the door?

Have a Kitchen Aid Model KUDC25CHBL1 with the problem when after it fills up and just starts the Wash cylce, a good amount of water shoots out the lower corners for about 3 seconds. Upon subsequent refills and start ups, water shoots out same area to a lesser extent. Replaced the door seal gasket mounted in the inner tub, the lower door gasket/seal (new one seemed very loose) and the spacers; everything that came with the kit. No improvement and still leaks as before. Checked the center spray arm and tubing for cracks and leaks and didn't see any. Tightened the gasket screws around the filter as well, no results. I even tried inserting the lower door seal another way in case I thought I had it mounted wrong; nothing. Ready to call it quits and just get a new dishwasher at this point.

+waukee321 Looks like you have checked all the normal thing. I would suggest posting the problem along with the appliance model number on our repair forum and the techs can help you troubleshoot the problem. forum.appliancepartspros.com/
