The Netherlands player looks to be seriously hurt, and subsequently failed an HIA. Given the importance attached to head protection by World Rugby, shown by the rules regarding sending off for head to head tackles, surely this is just as dangerous and should have been penalised in the same way. The referee was on the blind side, but the official on the line must have been able to see, and should have acted.
Number 12 was off side on the first try not behind of the kicker and the pass was clearly forward for the last try... nevertheless Dutch diserve their win.
