      I love your video so so much. One of my son is now interested in your video (he is 8 years old). I think before anyone who would want to take their life away, they should watch it your videos first to gain appreciation for the body and the life they are given. So many positive and happiness and fluidity in my body when I watched your videos. Great impact to one life and the lives of others that I am fortune to touch! Thanks so so much Gil x

    Root word, suffixes, prefixes are all important. To talk about anatomy we need to know not only the root but how to combine it with the correct prefix and suffix to convey meaning. If you are talking to someone with a monosyllabic vocabulary then you will have to use a lot more small words or possibly translate levator scapulae to shoulder blade lifter.

    Hi- I’m very thankful for you and your resources.
    A question about the perfascia “fuzz”and the ‘cat stretch’. What would be the reason behind over stretching? My guess is not as good as yours.
