Is there a version without music, people camping, special effects etc? Can I see and explore the cave in 4k without that? I would like to get really close to the drawings, virtually.
This is the first time I'm watching a 3D video on RUclips. This video literally gave me goosebumps and I almost teared up! Some super splendid 3D animation and VR design by the creators! This NEEDS to be viewed more!
Это невероятно! Спасибо авторам!
Пабло Пикассо после посещения одноименной пещеры сказал: «После Альтамиры - всё упадок!»
That is so cool. I wonder if the people who disliked don't understand how to manipulate the interactive video.
The shadow of the guy really makes me feel that I'm actually in that place... Also the wall painting, because they show us the animals moving I kinda get the idea how the people in that time drew them. Like where did they focus on when they draw.
AMAZING! 😆 Daisy's voice *chef's kiss*😏
I just experienced this in VR ...wonderful narration and great to go somewhere i may never go to thankyou :)
Daisy Ridley gang y’all may rise up🤙🏻
That's amazing video! I can fell exploring the cave at home.
Funny because once cave was human's home
Funny because once cave was human's home
In those days people lived in harmony with mother nature only taking what they needed . life was short so they made the most of it .... best they could , for those people entering the caves and seeing those paintings would have been a very educational spiritual experience for them ... A special place to go to meet to be happy...
The video was fantastic. I could see many kinds of views.
Love daisy ridley!!!!!
Loved it, thank u
Awesome to explore with 360° video. Sometimes I got lost, though.
Each mammal has meaning but how ancient people are defined those meanings.
We the simple people
Marvel at the artist hand
How she uses language and
Topography of the land
Stroked upon canvas
He tells of many things
Emotions, waves and mountains
The glory of kings
How we love our writer's words
And lavish in their wake
We stand in awe of
A sculptor's form
Of existing things
. . . . . . . . .
Artist Hand, by GG Beck
nicely done!
Great. Thank you.
Came here from school 😶 Was not disappointed
"Before the Fall, they wrote it on the wall..." People today probably can't even imagine how beautiful the world was back then.
Wow, this is amazing. Thank you for sharing this experience with the world through this video!
wow!!
Sooo cool. Are there others ones like this?
Thank you for posting this. Fascinating!
Woow. Very nice 👍🎉
This was tight , mInd blowing to say the least !! ( prehistoric history is one of my favs )
Just wow
I read that in Chauvet there are no illunstrations of beasts of prey, only predators.
No, there are bison, horses, other prey animal.
nice video
MisterTracks 👌
This was really cool. Anyone know any of these in Japanese i can show my wife? Love from Osaka!
Wow...
I like it very much, thank you♂️
wow
why does it have mirror images? and do I need vr glasses for this?
GREAT ! when will this be hidden or removed from RUclips ( bootoob ) ? like 1000 vids on TIMESPENT saved playlists.
FREE SPEECH ON AN APP ? try being hated on by haters TO RESTRICT KNOWLEDGE which is free !
be aware of this doublespeak .
great vid !
nice and good
:^)
como se llama la cueva?
Video games give you more than any virtual tour, Assasins creed series for example. And graphics are more realistic too
After Picasso saw the cave painting at Lascaux he said: "We have learned nothing".
I like it to
C bien
I cant exit 😂
Cool ^^ But when you like Virtual Reality so much... Can't you just bring a NEW daydream view or something or update some cardboard Apps?
this is so cool thanks to my teacher
I’m 3 minutes in and I haven’t seen any of the cave paintings. Nice special effects but this isn’t about the cave. Taking too long to get to the paintings.
i probs need a new computing device to watch this properly
look
I hate when people try to tell stories of what they've found like they were there when these things happened. They weren't !
That’s right I heard the story over over again gee swell beat her other freinds
who's the narrator?
Why do I see a double layer of the same thing? Is this intentional or is there something wrong with my phone!?
This is cool but also over produced to the point of being a distraction. I just want to be able to tour the cave and see the paintings in a realistic fire light. Is the goal here to show the animations or the cave?
I just want to see the whole cave in 4K- no special effects needed.. 🙄🙄🙄
Go somewhere else then.! 👌
@@bladecutler9092 yeah? You go to hell then maybe? 🤔 They need a lot of trolling and negative commenting there from what I hear.. no need here, please thank you!
สวัสดี

Oh, please -- in a (supposedly reverent) video, which is (supposedly) focused on the remarkably well-preserved prehistoric drawings, made on the walls of a cavern deep in the limestone cliffs in the South of France, instead shows me a series of shots of what appear to be a cloud of sparks from a campfire, which, through the miracle of computer generated imagery, eventually gather to form the outline of... something indistinct, followed by the outline of something else, equally indistinct, while a hushed, reverent narration seems hopeful of lulling me into a kind of forgetfulness -- the forgetfulness that will help me overlook the sad fact that, in a video claiming to be about the Chauvet caves, there are perhaps only twelve to twenty seconds of distant glimpses of the actual, stunning wall of horses, and no shots at all of the lions. I feel as though I've been seduced into getitng all dressed up for a special dinner, and after arriving at the restaurant, and having been ceremoniously seated at a beautrifully-appointed table, the waiter approaches with this repast to end all repasts -- and it turns out to be three strands of naked spaghetti and a bit of lettuce. All inflated form, no discernible content.
Agreed, this video is hot garbage in retrospect.
The dawn of art IN EUROPE. There is older art work in Indonesia and elsewhere but once again European Cultural imperialism asserts itself.
Not a 360 degree view of the Chauvet cave, just some esotheric bs
What a load of rubbishy artistic filming and attempted spooky music. Told me nothing. Animators wet dream. Could be anywhere. Nothing to do with the real caves.
I thought it a lovely art video, but I wanted to see the caves. Very disappointed, especially as this is billed as a way to view the caves.
Fake
w t f. ? dude : watch CAVE OF FORGOTTEN DREAMS . its a PROTECTED BY MILITARY SITE : no one will see this OTHER THAN 20 PPL.
40,000 YEARS OLD !
Don’t waste your time! You don’t even get a good look at the art!
this could be 30,000 times better.... love the idea and the the 3D.. but the story telling here is bad... no real info
A ridiculous Disney- style video, pompous, "Xmassy" animations, more fake images than real ones. Having seen some real grotto paintings , I can assure you the places and the drawings/ sketches are much more moving than these shiny ones that erase the feeling one gets when being really close to them. What a pity...
