- Transformers Legacy Menasor is comprised of all 5 Stunticons. Motormaster is the leader, and Dragstrip, Wild Rider, Dead End, and Breakdown follow him to wreak havoc on the Autobots. Captain Kyle reviews each figure individually, then combines them into the gestalt Menasor to see if this set is right for your collection.
The Stunticons were introduced in The Key to Vector Sigma two-part episode in the original G1 cartoon. Megatron and his Decepticons were frustrated with the Autobots’ mastery of the road and created them to challenge that supremacy. Optimus Prime created the Aerialbots to offset these menaces to safe driving and challenge the Decepticon seekers in the air. This set of Stunticons from the Legacy line is a great homage to the original G1 team. Captain Kyle examines each one to see if it would fit into your collection.

First time checking out your review, and I really enjoyed it. G1 is all I really mess with (being an older fella), so I really dig them staying true to the cartoon. Love the cars being on the back of the legs (like they were). The DNA kit makes this guy even taller! Gives him more stability in the feet as well! Thanks for the vid, and I will check out more!🤘🏼👍🏼

Thank you for the review. One thing I don't like about Menasor is that Wildrider and Breakdown are hidden behind the legs. I would have liked to see them more prominent on the front.
Yeah, kind of hard to see them, and the heels are really big. But it's still probably the best Menasor to date.
Yes, this was a terrible decision on Hasbro's part.
It is accurate to G1, for better or worse. Menasor always wore the cars as opposed to actually having them as limbs, even when the toys were the standard Scramble City design.
Somewhere I remember reading a comment writing a potential backstory for this particular iteration of the team, though it differs from the G1 inspiration: the Stunticons initially weren’t a combiner team but when they were put in to be a combiner, Motormaster’s trailer was created to be a frame for the Cons to form up with and could be used as a sort of super mode or “Menasor Lite” for Motormaster himself.

This looks good. All I want are 80's animated accurate Stunticons to merge into Menasor, my favorite combiner team.
Hasbro released a box set of all 5 Stunticons in more animation accurate deco.
I’m like you, I have collected them all and have yet to open them, yet. I bought the sticker sheets and gap fillers for all of them, and the DNA kit…so for a toy it’s a major investment.
I haven't gotten stickers or gap fillers. May get the gap fillers at some point. But yeah, waiting until they are all together is a choice we both made.
I saw this thing where the tower part where the gun mounts onto can become kind of like wings for menasor

Is that a Greatest American Hero badge? I loved that show as a child, theme song still in my head...just looked it up 40 years later.
I think you may still have the elbows wonky there, there's another joint to lengthen the elbow and then you lock it back together so the arms don't hang on the perpendicular joint of the elbow as they are in the video.

I always wondered why their individual force fields and impenatratable hulls didnt transfer to menasor in combined mode

Man comma i've backed off collecting.. But the stunt icons are one of my favorite things ever... The story line in the cartoon for many of these combiners were awesome.. I think this was one of the top.. Next to star screams, brigade/brutacus.

I was very disappointed with this thing when I saw that it just looks likes the arms and legs are just the vehicles attached to limbs and not actually transformed into arms and legs.
One thing I have disliked about most of the vehicle combiners is the scale of the likes of motorcycles, they are the same size as cars which ruins it for me.
