- Here is something a little different for my channel! After our wonderful trip to the Palm Springs Vintage Market, Blake and I took a self-guided driving tour of some of the richest neighborhoods in Palm Springs! These homes are the epitome of MCM designer architecture and were built by celebrity architects for celebrity clientele. We saw Elvis' Estate and honeymoon house, Marilyn Monroe's home, Liberace's estate, and more! Coming from a poor state in a poor house this is like watching the mars rover taking pictures on Mars! Something that is fascinating to watch but I will never be able to set foot on! thank you guys so much for sharing this! Awesome video!
I’m lucky to be wealthy-adjacent by living in Southern CA, but let me tell you I also feel like I’m looking at Mars when I drive by these homes! It boggles my mind how anyone could have so much money to spend, and most of these are vacation homes! Must be nice!

Hi was this is self-guided tour or did you take an actual tour if so what was the name… If it was self guided where they all it within kind of close to range or was there one house that was out of range… Thank you planning a trip very soon
Hi! This one was self-guided, I actually found an app with info and locations of important architecture in Palm Springs and we just used that as we drove around. This last weekend, though, we were back there and did a double decker bus tour. It was VERY fun and you can see a lot more from being up so high and able to see over the walls 😂 If you can get on the bus tour hosted by Charles Phoenix that’s what I would suggest but I don’t know how often he does them. But he was absolutely hilarious!
