Can I use non MTB bikes? ( not BMX but those who have forks in front but doesn't have "fork" at the back) I don't know how they are called.

It is called a hardtail. My bike is a hardtail too btw
Mtb is mountain bike, and many many different bikes can fall into mtb category
And yes, of course you can use any bike you want. Bmx and dirtjump mtb will be generally faster and most comfortable
