I discovered all these rooms the first few hours the game was out. Room 13 in 1:30 is an unused cutscene/idea(Not a softlock, but set at 1 frame speed.) for a lancer imposter, but was decided there wasn't really a place to use it anywhere in Chapter 2. It very well might get reused in Chapter 3. There is alot more rooms you missed... Check room 66 and room 17 with dogcheck removed.

It's probably just Toby's test for cutscenes. My PC did some major slowing down for some reason here, so it plays really slowly. It didn't do that before I recorded.

The idea of reusing things? For more then a decade now. Some of undertale themes are other one's sped up, like a lot of deltarune sounds reuse undertale one's and I don't even need to mention how much sprites were reused for characters

you can get that lancer cutscene to play out but its at 10% speed. it has to do with a clone of him appearing and they choose to befriend both versions before the fake explodes for... reasons?
Id recommend using undertale mod tool to find unused levels, here’s ones I’m aware of, cyber city prototype 1, cyber city prototype 2. Then after all the normal chapter 2 rooms there’s 20-30 unused rooms I can’t access because of dog check
Thanks so much for sharing this video & exploring so much. :3 Also, I'm late here, but there's WAY too many people here who don't know the difference between the game locking up (AKA frozen/freezing up; you can't move or use your menu or anything), & soft-locking. A lock is "soft" when your game might as WELL have locked up, but didn't, by getting into an unwinnable situation so you can't meaningfully proceed in the game. Like sequence-breaking & getting to an area where you require a certain item to progress, but you didn't get the item & with how the game is designed, you can't go back to get it. So you're just stuck walking around, talking to NPCs, maybe fighting enemies, etc... But you can't activate the portal to the next boss, so you're stuck in that region forever, until you erase your file & start all over from the beginning. Or, by falling/clipping out-of-bounds a certain way; you can walk around, access your menu, etc, but you can't manage to get back into the main game cuz you can't find or reach any holes in the geography collision. Especially if the game auto-saved, & you can't reload a previous one to get back on track (or it's an old game with no save system at all). Leaving you with only the option of resetting & starting all over again. Think about it: Why call it "soft" locking when the game literally freezes up? What could be a "harder" lock than that? There is none, other than game damage/corruption (which, well, has its own names that I just said, LOL). TLDR: When a game locks up, you can't do anything. When a game soft-locks, you can't do anything _meaningful._
"txtspam" is that trash noise the advertisements were talking about, which in undertale, the noise is in the windings speech, so theres some connection between spamton and gaster (Maybe?).
ENEMY - AT1 DF1 Susceptible to BRAINSHOCK Which suggests, Noelle might get Brainshock, or it was unused. Also the 1 attack 1 defense thing reminds me of a certain skeleton, but its probably just a placeholder

yesterday i played a room randomizer mod and around half of the rooms i got were unused rooms and crashed my game all the time XD and also 5:59 when you go to a dark world room from a surface room then everyone is super small, so when everyone is in a place that is opposite of where they were before then their sprites just change size, i know this also because of the room randomizer mod
the 13 room with test cutscenee doesnt softlocks when lancer stops spin, if you wait you can see text box and the dialogue starts, with many lags and hurting processor
