Arcade, I truly admire your content. I’m really trying to better my knowledge with FL Studio and trying to better my music. I learn something new every time I watch your videos. This genre of music was something I’ve always wanted to make but didn’t even know where to start until I came across your videos. I watch your videos and constantly put what I learn to the test and man I feel like I’m really doing better. Keep up the fantastic work with your videos man! I truly enjoy and appreciate them.
That Sameer Saif Synthwave pack that's free with Flex easily has enough sounds in it for an entire synthwave album. There's a lot of variety. Seriously.
I've been dabbing in different genre's lately, looking for some interesting stuff, and no matter the genre I look up, you are always at the forefront providing excellent tutorials. Keep up the good work homie! Subbed!
Normally I wouldn't think the choice of laptop matters that much, but after getting a high end laptop that I (incorrectly) THOUGHT would work well I can really appreciate that Razer has decided to make sure a PC laptop is ready for music production. Is there any other manufacturer doing the same? I don't think so. I will strongly consider Razer for my next PC laptop purchase. Also biggup for the tutorial, I do enjoy this synthwave sound and have been on the lookout for a tutorial like this, many thanks!
The build in plugins IMHO are more than sufficent to produce great music. 🎵 👍 - _also_ for the YT algo! 😊 P.S.: I'm not saying that external plugins like TDR Nova sometimes aren't big time savers! 😎
Quite the masterclass. Lots of stuff I need to review as it's packed with tips and techniques. Just a note of the Blade FL Studio deal: it's for a one year Producer version license. I don't get it. Why a one year license for a DAW that normally gives free updates for life?
Thank you for the video I learned a lot of random stuff I didn't know. Why do you start your chords early though? That's something I don't do but now I feel like I'm missing out on something
At 11:18 when your adjusting the volumes I notice you don’t do it from the mixer but within the step sequencer. Does it matter? I’ve always done all my volume adjustments within the mixer itself on the individual channels.
If you do your gain staging in the step sequencer you can keep the sliders in the mixer at the default level. If you then need to make small additional moves, you can do it in the mixer with optimal resolution. (You have the whole range to work with). Hope that makes sense.
@@rafsandomierz5313 It is a preference, for sure. I prefer to have a good Balance going into the mixer. I use the mixer levels for final touches. Neither method is wrong or right.
@@zero2herobeatspaul882 for this I always start with the volume knob on the vst synth itself (to me that’s getting as close to the “source” of the sound as possible)
I'm struggling with these plug ins, don't have no direction to find them. If I get the producer's pack, will it be enough to make some synth and some aor?
Hi sir... M himanshu gohil.... M just 17 n had started music production .. Like I have been playing piano since last 4 years.... N I know to play amazing melodies n songs.. This is very² useful video for fl studio beginners brother and thanks for this video to learn more knowledge about fl studio🍋😇🔥🙏🏻I Am Your Subscribe From Malaysia Bro.. Keep post your tutorial video to learn more knowledge about fl studio bro😇🔥🙏🏻
Every time: watch a tutorial, I think it is pretty easy, and try to make it myself. Come up with some trash-sounding music, shut down my laptop, and the existential crisis creeps in. 😆
If a laptop with the price of 3000 eur will not perform nice ... I wouldn't know what to say. Anyway it's extremely overpriced. But it's good if Razer gifted it to you for this ad video and you will use it for good later too. Video is nice and useful btw
Thanks for watching!

Can you make tutorials on IDM music? where can i get idm templates for fl studio?
There's really no better way to learn than to watch someone else organically produce something. Thanks!
Can you recommend similar videos or channels that do this? :)
@@Silagane im 2 years late but there is a guy who breaks down albums called KXVI
YESS!! Finally another Stock Plugins tutorial and also on one of my favorite genres! Thanks Arcade :))
Indeed.... We need more like this.
0:35 - 707 kick | 1, 808 clap | 2
0:47 - Vintage Snare (Grv Snareclap 28) | 3, FPC Snare 1 (layered) | 4
1:17 - Hi-Hat (707 OH), uppper and lower velocity) | 5
1:44 - Add reverb to 5
2:19 - Bass start | 6
3:14 - I used BooBass as an alternative, make sure it's 7/8 notes each time and 8 per measure
3:38 - Create side channel (7, red), route 6 to bass
6:05 - Create synth (had to use Harmor, "Over the Top" plugin, edit to your liking, #8)
BooBass is the best bass there is

So nice ! Synthwave is such a cool genre, you nailed it
I see stock plugins - I press like then make popcorn & watch until the end🍿
Quality as always Arcade. Love these start to finish videos and loving the genres you've been picking 😎

You explain it so nicely. Definitely one of the best RUclips channels out there to learn music production
This was less of a synthwave tutorial in FL Studio, and more of an FL Studio tutorial with synthwave! This was super helpful, thanks so much!

I am learning a lot from your channel sir , thank you.
Much appreciation from Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪
Loved that arp towards the end. The bass and percussion reminds me of that 80’s track “Out of Touch”… good stuff!
13:37 Real Hero 💜

Very nice tutorial! I enjoyed it a lot. I would love to have the process so streamlined. Maybe I made a mistake going for the Blade 15 with Reaper :P.

You know what this reminds me....The Midnight... It's so similar to what you've created
The intro kinda reminds me of the song called "a real hero" by college and electric youth. ❤
New video from Arcade is always turn evening to just a little better 👍🤘💪
Making a track using only Sounds of KSHMR Vol. 4 challenge 🤔
Love your stock plug-ins videos btw.

Excellent explanation and informative video. Thank you and thanks to fl studio 👍 👌
Weird I dont have the presets you have. Got to the bit where you go to all keys and you have 399 presets and i only have 56.
You are awesome! 😉
I saw you dancing in a crowded room!

because fl studio is wack like that,i suggest you to download LMMS studio then add your own vst plugins.no update needed and free daw.
I recommend picking 2,3 or 4 synth plugins and using layer to set them as children. It gives the sound more detail.
